Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

Zoho Social has made my life so much easier. It easily connects to my social channels and allows me to post to several at once or schedule at certain times. I've tried a few others like Metricool and they weren't as easy to use. I'm sticking with Zoho Social!

I am a complete beginner in the field of social networks. I have a small business and started a small Facebook channel. I've been amazed at how easy Zoho Social makes it to manage and monitor my channel. Really worth a try. It's easy to manage your channel without having to go to Facebook. For me this is ideal because I don't waste time and I do everything from my browser without switching tabs. I would prefer the free plan to have more options, but surely if you have increased needs, paid plans will cover you.

I work with Zoho Social because its easy to use, user-friendly, has all the premium services of any leading software like Hootsuite, Sprout. Its very affordable compare to those giants, do exactly the same thing. Would love to stick around with Zoho for a while. Let's see how they perform after a year.

We are a new startup started using Zoho Social right from the inception. We use ZohoSocial mainly for the Social Media integration, Social Media post automation and for post analytics. We are planning to use the premium version of Zoho Social once very soon. Costwise it is little higher side for the small company but the services they provide were worth the cost.

As a start-up founder, I’ve used (nearly) every social media management app you can think of for brand management… Hootsuite, Buffer, PLANOLY, Metricool, Loomly… you get the picture. However, after using Zoho Social to create and schedule content across my platforms, I have to declare the app no.1! There’s a mobile app for on-the-go access. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Plus, the free version is surprisingly robust and offers enough features for the more casual social media user. Great job Zoho

Zoho Social is awesome, and the reach goes even farther than that. I'm considering switching to their CRM because of how integrated everything is. I don't like to post ONE time per social account, so this helps save me 3-5 iterations, and now I'm eager to try bulk-scheduling!

Plus, you can schedule a post to repeat monthly or weekly, so you get to test your copy and see how it performs over time.

This makes iteration much easier and experimentation the aim, rather than struggle-bus tour to get nowhere fast.

Defffinitely take a look at this, both desktop and mobile, extremely useful.

Plus there's a free (and extended trial) of their epic Premium features, so you get to enjoy the perks while it helps generate leads-- which will get you the cashflow you need.

It has earned me a lot of time having to do things manually! It is easy to use and it loads fast

Amazing tool to manage your socials all in one place. I love the feature to create a recurrent post and forget about it. Highly recommended for branding, marketing and advertising. The only downside is the inability to post reels. Once this is out, it will skyrocket. Looking forward to the new horizons.

Zoho Social is a good social media management tool, fast to work and its help more for my product reach and cost value is to high ,we need to reduce the cost value, and also its help reduce my work time more over easy to use. I've used at least 20 different social media tools from Buffer, to Hootsuite, SocialBee, Loomly, and [...] knows how many others from apps, trials etc. While some like Hootsuite and Later were good tools, and while Canva even offers an element of solutions for social media, I always found Zoho Social to be the one which stood out. While I know it doesn't have "everything", the truth is no solution out there will. Everyone will give you the "Pay our super duper premium plan and you'll land on the moon". The reality is that is [...]. Before you start off, understand what you want. What does success look like for you when you are looking for a social media tool. Don't think of fluffy "imagine if you could do xyz", think of what is important for your business.

For me, it was Brand Health, Scheduling, nice UI, reporting, and multiple platform support. Zoho Social had everything I wanted, so was perfect. The things it doesn't have are few and far between, but I manage as I'm saving 3/4 hours a week by having Zoho. It is perfect for me, and I think it should be perfect for most SMEs.

We currently use Zoho Social to find what best words to us for our SEO, we use it to make and post ads in the future at certain times. I think it is very efficiant, user friendly, and at a wonderful price. You can add all of your media pages and get all of the info and analytics on all of this so you know where you need to post and when. It is a must have tool in this day and age.

Zoho Social is amazing!! I think all of Zoho Social apps and tools are far superior than anything out there. Weather you only need a CRM its the best, or if you only needs bookings, its amazing. In my experience, Zoho Social literally has everything you could possibly think of. I think the price is great and they are all about ensuring you have enough time to make sure you get to know your way around and they make it super easy to navigate all of their apps. If you have not checked out Zoho Social before then I think you are missing out highly. Trust me you will love all of their apps and it will change the way you do business.

I absolutely love this app as it helps me a lot to organise. With this app, I can use social media channels in one go and have the information in one place. It is time-saving as I do not need to go from one social media channel to another. It is easy to set up and maintain, and I prefer it to other similar apps.

However, if you want to incorporate it into your day-to-day work, you might need one of the paid plans.

The higher the plan, the more you can do, obviously.

We evaluated and compared several social media management tools and Zoho Social offered most of the activities we sought. During our trial period, we could schedule across diverse social networks, check analytics, monitor the pages, find competitor activities, and download reports. It is a comprehensive tool to measure, compare, publish posts, research, and analyze the social presence of any brand.
  • The "limited publisher" option offers great control over a post before it is uploaded. Only when the assigned approver approves it, the final posting is done.
  • The summary reports are very crisp and on-point. The custom dashboard for "Reports" is an added advantage!
  • "Monitoring" lets the user add multiple categories that they wish to monitor for their brand. For eg. Reviews, Page search, Hashtag, Mentions, etc.
  • Zoho Social can improve publishing features under LinkedIn. Upload PDF carousel, Tag people, etc.
  • Provide metrics on Retweets done from the page/profile - Twitter.
  • Provide a better view of the competitor insights. Maybe, add it as a separate section under "Reports".
Zoho Social is a great tool to look for trending topics. I had to research and make an ideation on the trending topic of IPL and it helped me provide a quick view of what other brands were doing. I added the #IPL2023 under the "Mentions" section. Just a few clicks and the work was done!

Zoho Social helps me to keep track of social media posts, and be able to respond timely to stay engaged with my potential clients. Rather than having to go to multiple platforms to be aware and stay on top of my social media presence, Zoho Social puts it right at my fingertips. This greatly helps me to keep on top of my social marketing, and saves me valuable time that I can use elsewhere.

I was searching for a tool to streamline my social media posts. I looked at all of the big names and found them to be too expensive for a new company with little revenue. I found Zoho and started on a free trial. It has been AMAZING! Posting across all of my social media accounts at one time is such a time saver and has expanded my reach as a business owner exponentially! I am extremely happy with Zoho.

Zoho Social gives me the opportunity to schedule my social media posts to bring inspiration to many individuals residing in the Philippines. I only use the basic features of it, like scheduling, but I am confident I am capable at its more advanced features for when the day finally comes.

This app has a more professional feel to it than competing online software. It may be at times a bit frustrating to manually move the scheduling tool towards the last post scheduled but at the same time this keeps one attentive that s/he should not schedule too far ahead of time.

Zoho Social helps me monitor and schedule posts, reply to messages, and review analytics all in one. Currently, my favorite feature is the bulk upload option. It saves me a lot of time to be able to upload hundreds of posts at once. I also enjoy that I can post on Google Business as well as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

I would recommend Zoho Social to anyone who manages multiple different profiles for any number of brands. No matter if you are managing one brand or multiple, it makes it easy to move between them. However I wouldn't recommend it to those who post lots of videos across their platform, or those who primarily use TikTok.
