Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
The platform is being used to consolidate a large number of data sources, similar to Google Analytic, but it also helps to observe trends, analyze data and assist the data analysts in their research and findings. In terms of the problems being solved, we had issues with visibility with Google Analytics, which Adobe solves.
- Consolidates data from multiple sources.
- Visualization of data.
- Tools to help you make sense of data.
- The interface is a bit clunky with too many features on the screen at once, it can be hard to find things you need if you are new to the platform.
- Better search functions.
- Graphs
- Checking metrics against URLs
- We have seen more leads come through after thorough analysis.
- Google Analytics, Google Analytics 360 (formerly Google Analytics Premium), Marin Software, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), Google Ads (formerly AdWords) and Google Marketing Platform (formerly DoubleClick)
Not all the platforms above are a direct competitor to Adobe Analytics, as some of them are advertising platforms and not analytics only. Saying that, I think Adobe Analytics is most probably the best out of them all and this is due to Marin having a slightly "older" look and Google Analytics being limited.
