Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being utilized across my entire organization. New hires are welcomed to the platform on their very first day of onboarding. Workers at my organization then go on to use the platform every single day of work after onboarding is completed. My organization also puts all of our training and quarterly assessments through the platform. We get very good use of the portal.

  • Easy, on-demand access to payroll and benefits information
  • Organization-wide time and labor management portal
  • Would love to see easier accessibility on main page for the tabs most used
  • An easier to view time approval page by manager
  • More security for the platform overall to protect users' information
  • Happier employees as the platform streamlines many processes and makes the work day much more efficient
  • Less strain on finance department since payroll uploads seamlessly from the platform (No manually entering in hours)
  • Higher return on investment because better time management allows for us to bill our clients more accurately for our services and projects
ADP Workforce Now's overall scalability is perfection! The platform is used across the entire organization and helps connect a number of departments, such as Human Resources and Finance. All of us at my organization love being able to access the portal at anytime and be able to view all the information in one place.

I do not believe my organization has integrated ADP WorkForce Now with any systems. This is certainly something I would love to see us achieve in the future.
My organization did consider switching to Paycom at one point in time, but ultimately stayed with ADP Workforce Now. We evaluated Paycom and found the platform to be less efficient. Overall, it was not as intricate as ADP. ADP Workforce Now has far more available tools and is much more advanced.

ADP Workforce Now is something I would highly recommend to any organization in search of an all-in-one Human Resource suite. The platform is extremely user friendly. My organization has had a positive experience from the very first day it was implemented. It is so efficient being able to have human resource management, payroll, benefits, talent management, and time and labor management all in one spot.
