Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP across the whole company. Our managers use it to track employee time, approve time off and timecards. I use it to process time and payroll and to give the managers reports of activity.
  • Have great communication with account manager.
  • Helps with lots of lessons.
  • Keeps us informed of new processes.
  • Keeps us informed about legislation.
  • Reports are difficult to figure out which ones you need because they are labeled oddly.
  • Mobile app is not that friendly.
  • Garnishments are tough to put into Smart compliance.
  • ADP flows into other products that we need to transfer information to.
  • ADP has a positive impact because it runs so smoothly that we do not have to pay extra to get things done.
  • ADP mobile app can be frustrating.
The schedule product needs to be updated so we can use it to inform employees about open shifts. We use Onshift now and it would be good to use just one product.

It depended on the outside company. GP and Onshift were easy to integrate but Optima is not. That is not on the ADP side, Optima seems to always have problems.
ADP has many more products and applications and is easy to use.

I have had some good and not so good account managers.
ADP is pretty easy to use and to teach to employees. We have the clocks with the fingerprint and it helps to keep employees from trying to clock in from home. Some of ADP applications are a little tough to understand, like adjusting garnishment totals, but once you figure it out it is all good.
