Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by the Payroll team to process payroll for multiple companies. In addition, we make use of the tax services and benefits module. It simplifies the payroll process and helps ensure the employee benefits are assigned correctly. In addition, it saves time by completing quarterly filings and annual employee tax documents.

  • Saved payroll team significant time, allowing the company to avoid scaling during growth.
ADP scales well from small to large companies. I've personally been a part of scaling with WFN from 600-1400 employees and the system was always able to keep up with the increased demand. Setup when first joining is essential as changing flawed design is difficult.

Generally easy. Any vendor with an ADP API was little involvement on our end. When a vendor relied on export/import they always had an ADP-approved template available.
ADP's ROI and strong track record has always kept us in their camp despite other vendors attempting to pull us away.

Customer service support can be lacking at times. Client services is hit or miss -- some representatives have incredible levels of knowledge while others know less about the system than the users. Follow up times on high priority cases can also be quite slow even when timing is a salient factor.
I'd say this product is great for companies from 100-2,500 employees. Less than 100 the cost is likely not worth the benefit and over 2,500 some of the features may not scale as well.
