Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement

We use Bloomreach [Engagement] to cover [the] whole online communication strategy for our customers - from [the] collection of online behavioural data (tracking, social, other external tools) to their evaluation. [We create] segmentations and scenarios for communication, ab testing, e-mail campaigns, [and] pushing created audiences to other tools. [...] We even connect custom tools or prediction models with Bloomreach [Engagement] to make it meet our needs.

Pros

  • Great user interface - we easily find what we need
  • Well documented functionality and API
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Reliability and good customer support
  • It has functionality that other similar tools still lack

Cons

  • Logs of prediction tools (recommenders, for example) or error logs could be more transparent and detailed so they would be a little bit easier to debug
  • Easy integration and evaluation of our own models when integrated to Bloomreach [Engagement], with increasing conversion rate (for example, by almost 40% in [a] lead scoring project)
  • Automation of many processes for individual users
Functionality is richer, and reliability is higher for Bloomreach [Engagement].
Because we were satisfied with most of the things we needed from it.
We always received [the] support we needed from Bloomreach [Engagement], they helped us solve many problems.
I think you can start very quickly with [a] basic setup - up to an hour after installing it, for example, on [the] website. Other custom tracking or setup requires more time and technically advanced people.

Bloomreach [Engagement] is great [for designing] communication scenarios executed by triggering [different and specific events for every] customer, based on their behaviour. It's also a great tool to collect and combine detailed single customer-level data from multiple sources. We also love webhooks, which allow us to connect to [the] API of any external service.
