Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broadvoice is our main phone system. Our old phone system was analog and we needed a new system to handle our business as it continues to grow. We have remote workers and the Broadvoice system brings us together whether in the office or working remotely. The mobile app also is a very functional tool to have.
- Group Calling when calls come in they ring at multiple extensions
- Using the park features enables us to handle and transfer multiple calls
- Having the ability the call extensions whether remotely or locally and apprear to be at one location
- The mobile app is particular a great tool so as not to be tied to a desk
- There are multiple mobile apps and Broadvoice needs update it tutorials
- A follow-up training session should be implemented. Users need to become familiar with the system to have questions after using the system for the first time
- The initial implementation and training should be longer
- Group Calling with the ability to ring at multiple locations
- Parking calls and having the ability to pick them up at other locations
- Being able to utilize the mobile app
- Being able to upgrade our system from analog to digital is a definite positive
- Having the mobile app and make and receive calls from our mobile device is a positive
- Being able to track calls and reporting of incoming and outgoing calls is a positive
- Setting up business hours and having a general mailbox is a positive
Broadvoice stacks up just as good if not better then its competitors. The other systems we looked at were very similar and it was based on a recommendation that we decided to go with Broadvoice from our IT consultant. However, the offer from Broadvoice regarding the pricing was very attractive.
