Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's being used by our sales department to give account executives an outlet to calculate and organize payouts throughout the month.

Pros and Cons

Organizes my past payouts in one place, which allows me to easily compare my performances of past months.
Allows me to see the breakdown of my payout. Prior to the tool, I never really knew how each particular input counted and it is very helpful to see it all together.

The ability to communicate with my manager and ask questions within the app would be helpful.
