Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We utilize Gong for our sales org to record, review calls and analyze the data it brings together. It helps our sellers and sales managers with coaching, deal progression and provides proactive visibility into potential areas of risk in an opportunity.
- Proactive deal warnings/identifying risk in an opportunity
- Easily tracks what was said on a call with accurate transcription
- Easy to develop ways to track key initiatives aligned to calls/opportunities
- Does a great job at visually representing data in the platform
- Seamlessly integrates with a wide range of tools including Salesforce CRM
- Better development of automated tracking of activities in Salesforce, today it creates an automated task and would love to see it create an automated event in SFDC
- Stronger support or templates for how to get data out of the platform into a BI tool - currently provides an API but not much guidance is provided for how to extract data. This makes it difficult to take advantage of for smaller organizations who do not have a developed BI/IT team.
- Easier ways to make adjustments to the transcript - when the AI is not fully accurate in the transcript it would be great if admins could go in and edit parts of a transcript for better accuracy.
- Helped us identify best practices for top and bottom performers which has allowed us to improve onboarding and enablement programs to be much more specific to "what good looks like".
The platform provides great insights on risk, with deal warnings, adding relevant trackers to deal boards, and more we are able to be proactive in identifying risk before its too late!
We have been able to use Gong to help identify our ideal customer profile and this has helped our sellers to focus more on high-value prospects which leads to more closed business.
