Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used within our sales organization. I use Groove daily for all my email actions. I typically start my days off by logging into Groove and checking my activities this week as well as the activity feed. I then filter my activity feed for open, unopened, replied, or clicked to understand exactly where I need to prioritize my follow-ups for the day. Usually, I create a flow drip campaign within Groove at least once a week. This allows me to strategically target my core prospect accounts. Within the flow sequence, I like the automated actions as well as being able to quickly add another step into my email flow campaign. On a daily basis, I'll check my analytics within Groove to understand my total emails sent/opened this gives me clarity on where to prioritize my time when strategic follow-ups for my sales pipeline. My favorite feature is within the accounts section not only can you make certain accounts starred but you can see the effort/engagement for the accounts that you're reaching out to. I highly recommend that sales teams use Groove because it is simple and automate a lot of my daily workflow.

I gave Groove this rating because I have used many services similar to Groove. I like that Groove is easy to use and has a lot of automation within the platform. The automation within the flows allows me to use my time better throughout the day when I'm jumping from call to call. I can simply login into groove check my flow actions and follow up accordingly with 1 click of the mouse.
The ease of use within the platform and automation is really what separates Groove from some of the other technologies on the market. I enjoy the fact that within the flows module I can automate my sales outreach and strategically add in the right POC's that I want to message. The other cool feature is that Groove will email you a summary of yesterday's activity and show you exactly who opened your emails as well as what actions are due for the day.

Groove is perfect for sales & marketing teams looking to enhance overall outreach based on specific targeted email campaigns. Groove allows you to really be efficient in your email marketing or email outreach. SDR's & AE's should be using groove daily to interpret strategic follow-ups for the targeted accounts they want to reach.
