In our company, we use LogMeIn Central to make sure everything runs smoothly, especially with so many POS agents out in the field. The big challenge it helps us tackle is letting our IT team fix computer issues from anywhere. With people all over the place, it's a real headache if they can't get into their systems. LogMeIn Central makes it easy for our IT and Help Desk Professionals to solve problems without having to be physically present, which saves us a bunch of time and hassle. We also use it to keep an eye on how everything's doing. It helps us check if computers are healthy, update software, and keep things working smoothly. This is important, especially for our POS who are out there making sales.
