Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use this to send out our monthly outreach emails as well as follow-up emails for events. We also use Mailchimp to host some of our commonly used files.

- Adding new subscribers can be frustrating, especially if there are multiple to add at once
- Sending emails is easier, as you can duplicate & create templates, and the emails look more professional
- Using it for file hosting, while it is not the main purpose of mailchimp, has been useful
- the suggestions that mailchimp makes to improve your emails are helpful
We prefer Mailchimp as opposed to HubSpot because we were not using all of the features HubSpot offered. Nutshell is by far the easiest to use, especially when it comes to creating different tags and segments. We only use Mailchimp for one-off emails and think it does a good job for that.
Mailchimp does not always give accurate reports, which has increased with new privacy updates.
