Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are using Miro as a collaborative tool in all our workshops and ideation sessions, mostly internally but also with clients to support our understanding of their needs. Additionally, in my case, I also use Miro for my research about trends and client needs, as well as preparation tools for pitches. From my point of view, the main problem it addresses is the lack of flexibility of videoconference tools in order to collaborate and put work and ideas together. I would also say that the freedom of format and structure that Miro gives you is its main advantage for your own work when compared to PowerPoint or Word.
- Brainstorming.
- Structuring.
- Story telling.
- Integration with other tools.
- Formatting of text boxes.
- Detect when you want to navigate instead of moving things.
- Visualizations are great, and people tend to buy more of your ideas.
- Brainstorming sessions are easy to handle and very fruitful.
- Asynchronous collaboration has been made easy.
My company, being multinational, used to have a lot of interactions in-person when travel was not limited. Since the pandemic and telework, Miro has completely filled the gap for collaboration purposes, helping people to come together for ideation and workshops. It's been a smooth transition from the in-person sessions we had in the past.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro gives you more flexibility and ease of use compared to similar products and competitors. In addition to this, Miro has worked hard to get integrations with other main collaboration tools, which helps with the purpose of having one place for all your team interactions.
