Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro to help organize and collaborate on PI planning sessions. We are able to bring all of our impacted teams into the same virtual workspace to provide inputs into features, enhancements, & priorities. We are using Miro across Program, Product management, engineering, and Business teams. It has been a great enabler during the pandemic.
  • Containers for different types of work.
  • Great templates.
  • Collaboration.
  • Sticky Notes & Comments.
  • Drag / move objects or containers can be tricky.
  • Added navigation for large boards.
  • Exporting container types into excel or other formats.
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Improved visibility.
  • Not enough licenses for everyone.
I was not involved with the implementation of Miro.
I haven't tried to integrate it with any other tools, so cannot comment.
It has helped our teams greatly with collaboration around the globe.

Miro just seems to be easy to use and more aimed at a great white-boarding experience for virtual teams.
I really enjoy using Miro for my program teams to collaborate and align on work to be delivered and priorities. It also helps with transparency to show what exactly our team(s) are going to be working on. The ability to have collaborative sessions virtually where we can develop requirements, estimate work, and plan it out is really useful.
