Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Most often I use it for project planning. We define the scope, dependencies, and order of events for product development and launches.
  • Arrows are so much better than Jamboard!
  • Once you get used to it, the zooming and scrolling is good.
  • I like the icons and fun images I can include.
  • I think new users can accidentally mess up boards. This intimidates them and they won't collaborate directly. It took some time to get used to dragging and zooming - may be more intro cases to ease people in.
  • Allows for centralized board to refer to during WFH in pandemic!
Sometimes users that I invite are confused about getting a license. Maybe make this process easier or less intimidating?
I only have integrated it into meeting invites but haven't found it very useful so far.
People around the globe have liked the product launch plans I have made at virtual meetings.

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Jamboard is crazy simplistic! Even having arrows that were half as good as Miro would help Jamboard. People find Jamboard less intimidating, but if you spend just a little time playing with it, Miro is hands-down better visually and functionally.
Great for whiteboard-type demos at meetings, or showing project plans. So far, I haven't had much luck with getting non-project managers to use it comfortably.
