Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

With a company that manages a lot of creative projects, Monday was our go-to solution. We get weekly submissions from all of our clients and Monday helps us with submission forms, keeping the data and projects organized, automated workflows, and keeping all of the data organized. In the past, we tried multiple solutions like Trello or Asana, but Monday was more robust when it came to what we needed. The constant movement of information across boards was made frictionless thanks to automation. All that with a very small learning curve. The entire team managed to learn how to properly use Monday quickly. For reference, we use it with a team of 7 people.

It is a great product to manage all your projects, internal and external. As a collaborative platform is top-notch. Extremely easy adoption of the entire team and a very intuitive UI. The one challenge we faced, which is why we gave it an 8, is the speed of the platform and support. In regards to speed, after the number of projects increased the platform became a bit slower cutting the workflow. In regards to support, I'm not sure if we didn't have the appropriate plan, but there were times we had questions and we couldn't find good resources to solve the issue inside of their own platform.
Maybe we are underutilizing the support, but we are not in touch with a CSM. Almost every issue we figure out on our own. Which speaks to how intuitive the platform is. Easy access to support would be extremely beneficial for bigger issues and/or [learning] the how-tos of the platform.
It is great! It has saved us a hundred of ours and communication mistakes. The automation [is] probably some of the best features it has. Every step can be automated which ensures your process is following the right steps every single time without cutting corners. It also allows for multiple workspaces which allows you to systemize every single task/project whether that is internal or client-facing. We actually started running our podcast processes through Monday as well. From guest form submissions until it was finally produced. The software itself has never failed us, it just becomes a bit slower after all the data we have in it.

Inside of our company we used it for projects with a lot of stages and different users per project. For context, our process has 10+ steps and a different individual for each step of the process. The automation would make it easier to organize, move, and delegate the projects. If your business runs operations similar to the one described above, then Monday is a great fit for you. It will require some time upfront to set up the automation and workflows, but once finished, it'll save you a lot of time AND mistakes.

Absolutely! This was the main feature that caught our attention.

Within each client profile we have multi-step processes that requiere of multiple team members. Monday automations helped us go through this processes faster and without making mistakes when going from one task to the next.

It helps with communication as well as every member gets notified when their tasks are assigned and/or due.

We have tried other solutions in the past and they weren't very reliable. We would miss notifications and team members would miss some of their tasks.

The automation process really helps nail down every single steps that needs to be taken care of.

The permissions works perfect to have clients involved if you need to, for employees to get the perfect amount of access, and for managers to oversee and report on the respective projects.
