Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
It helps us accelerate our closing cycles and streamline our accounting process. Being able to customize our contracts has been great. Beyond signatures, it has allowed us to get accurate data for account management. We keep POCs, account information flowing straight from Panda Doc into our system. We have integrated Panda Doc into our CRM system (Hubspot).

- Standardize forms have helped accelerate the sale cycle

- Negative - if my POC at a business needs to froward the contract the new person cannot sign it and things get delayed.
- Honestly cannot think of any.
It came down to cost and simplicity. I may like more whistle's and bells, but just easier and cleaner template creation and management would be preferred.
