Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

It helps us accelerate our closing cycles and streamline our accounting process. Being able to customize our contracts has been great. Beyond signatures, it has allowed us to get accurate data for account management. We keep POCs, account information flowing straight from Panda Doc into our system. We have integrated Panda Doc into our CRM system (Hubspot).

  • Negative - if my POC at a business needs to froward the contract the new person cannot sign it and things get delayed.
Fast...no not fast. Template generation takes a while. It's generally pretty easy but I would not characterize them as faster. Templates allow us to move quickly was generated. Modifying a template is not clear to me. Keeping files clear and integration is helpful and critical for us to move
Red linning...no. Our customers cannot explore it and send it back. I'm dealing with a less tech-savvy client base. At times, my clients will forward a contract to their supervisor or CEO and then the system does not work. It has a negative impact on how we are viewed by our clients.
When complete they look great. I'm not so much concerned by how it looks but getting the results I need. Closing the deal is the most important.
  • Honestly cannot think of any.
It came down to cost and simplicity. I may like more whistle's and bells, but just easier and cleaner template creation and management would be preferred.

It's straightforward and not too complex. This makes it easy for quick adoption. I would like to be better at using it but don't use it regularly enough to invest time to streamline it. We work with businesses around the county so while we are not in the same area it is helpful for us to close deals external to us.

PandaDoc Experience

Have used it for standard contracts and hires and that has worked well.
For HR it has been really simple....for sales it malleable but not eaisly so.
Have not contacted support
It tied in easily to Hubspot
Quick load and easy transmission no problem.
Hasn't called me which is fine. I wouldn't mind a coaching call now that we have been using it for a few months.
