Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

It helps us accelerate our closing cycles and streamline our accounting process. Being able to customize our contracts has been great. Beyond signatures, it has allowed us to get accurate data for account management. We keep POCs, account information flowing straight from Panda Doc into our system. We have integrated Panda Doc into our CRM system (Hubspot).

Pros

Cons

  • Customizing forms could be a little easier with integration to hubspot
  • A 3-4 month evaluation of how we are using panda doc to help us get better
  • Alerts on lack of progress of signing
  • Standardize forms have helped accelerate the sale cycle
  • Tracking where the documents are has been helpful
  • Negative - if my POC at a business needs to froward the contract the new person cannot sign it and things get delayed.
  • Honestly cannot think of any.
It came down to cost and simplicity. I may like more whistle's and bells, but just easier and cleaner template creation and management would be preferred.

It's straightforward and not too complex. This makes it easy for quick adoption. I would like to be better at using it but don't use it regularly enough to invest time to streamline it. We work with businesses around the county so while we are not in the same area it is helpful for us to close deals external to us.

PandaDoc Experience

For HR it has been really simple....for sales it malleable but not eaisly so.
Have not contacted support
It tied in easily to Hubspot
Quick load and easy transmission no problem.
Hasn't called me which is fine. I wouldn't mind a coaching call now that we have been using it for a few months.
