Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
This is our main HRIS system, the company has been a customer since 2015, I have been using it for the last 2 years. We currently/have used this system for payroll, benefits, reporting, and it's time and labor management tools.
- Payroll
- Reporting functions/ease
- HR data keeping
- Would be ideal if Time and Labor integrated with HR pages so all employee data is accessible on one page.
- Having to navigate to so many areas when adding a new employee for access/user functions is frustrating.
- reduced errors for payroll

Payroll processing greatly improved with use of Paylocity.
