Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I am the Payroll Specialist using the system for processing, tax reconciliations, GL downloads and journal entries and 941 reconciliations as well.

  • Reporting has improved decision-making.
  • Data insights provides us immediate snapshot of our company info
  • Audit reports help assure less errors for processing payroll
  • Out of cycle payrolls are very easy
Reporting and data sights allow us to have better data
We do not utilize the system as effectively as we could to assess this functionality
I have used ADP and Ultimate Software and found Paylocity to be much easier to manage and process, including their tax modules. It is also much more cost effective.

I was not involved in the decision to choose Paylocity of implementation. The person who did implement though, in my opinion, did an excellent job.

Paylocity Support

From payroll perspective good service. Sometimes not answer right away and they have to get back with you. Need to improve in this area.
