Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company is currently transitioning to Rippling from another PEO for benefits, payroll, and paid time off management.
  • Intuitive interface.
  • Well organized.
  • Collects information efficiently.
  • Allow to particular features of medical plans to review details - could not review particular coverage details without contacting help; this information was available on demand with previous PEO.
  • Ability to easily print comparison plans for review.
Rippling's PEO application was so much more intuitive, clear, and efficient than others I have used. Their simplicity made the process of creating my profile and enrolling in benefits so easy. The employee site is not cluttered, it is very clean, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for quickly.
I have not personally had a need to contact customer support yet, but I have heard from my co-workers that they provide great customer service.

Rippling's PEO application was so intuitive, clear, and efficient. It was very simple, yet comprehensive and made the process of creating my profile and enrolling in benefits so easy. The employee site is not cluttered, it is very clean, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for quickly.
The Rippling system was incredibly easy to use. It was very intuitive, making the steps obvious to follow. Having been with a few different PEO's over the years at other companies as well, this was a great experience in signing up for benefits. I was initially dreading it as I expected to be a time consuming task, but Rippling's program made it relatively painless!
