Automation and analytics for outbound sales efforts. Only used by the Sales team. It addresses the problem of efficient automation while maintaining some personalization, as well as analyzing outreach efforts with segmentation by cadences.

- Easier addition of contacts (we import from a CSV but it would be easier if we could mass add within the software).
- Dialer has bad connection sometimes.
- Easier to track outreach.
- Avoids double-assignment of contacts or accounts.
Persist was fine for low personalization but Salesloft has better analytics and user interface.
