Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
Cisco Meraki sales teams use SalesLoft for targeted customer and partner cadences to generate outbound campaigns, generate revenue opportunities, do monthly newsletters, drive attendance to events, and much more! It's an awesome tool that allows us to reach a broad (and targeted) audience in just a few easy steps. The ability to easily import a CSV file from Salesforce to SalesLoft, tag it to a SalesLoft cadence, and send hundreds of emails with the click of a few buttons is amazing. I would not be able to effectively do my job without SalesLoft!

- After importing a CSV file, it asks you to select which email cadence it should be applied to even if you're uploading the file directly from a cadence
- More dynamic fields
- Increased whitespace conversion
- Increased product upsell opportunities
- Increased customer calls and demo KPIs
- Increased attendance at partner events, trainings, and webinars
SalesLoft support helped me immediately when I was getting an error trying to upload a CSV file and apply to it an email cadence. Support responded fast, was extremely helpful in resolving the issue, and even showed me a few more tips and tricks while on the phone!
SalesLoft is the best in the industry. From the product, integrations, support team, reps, and customer success folks, they are great!
