Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

Splashtop remote access and support is used in my organization to facilitate helpdesk services to other users and clients.
  • Steady connection. Always on connectivity which aids in less or no follow up due to dropped connections.
  • Features. Offers quite a lot of features that greatly aid remote support
  • Easy to Use interface. This software does not have a learning curve that will keep you guessing. It's quite easy to use
  • A free version is needed to allow greater usage fro the skeptics
  • Increase of allowed connections per plan without having to purchase more seats.
  • Encryption. Added security for secure connections.
  • Splashtop definitely has a positive ROI for my business
  • Even though i would love to see a free version I can say that on average any business would benefit from having this software to aid in their customer helpdesk support or to assist admins with managing their workstations and/or departments.
  • Pricepoint can be a little steep for some persons who are at the micro business end of the stick.
Their support desk was quick and efficient with any queries that i had and always knowledgeable about their product and it's capabilities.
While security features change everyday in today's world Splashtop keeps abreast with modern day needs to ensure optimum security and protection for your organization's connections.
I was able to get my subscription up and running in minutes. It was that simple.
Yes - Teamviewer was replaced by Splashtop bacause of the pricepoint and the overall use of the software. I found that i had less dropped connections or freezing with Splashtop and it was an overall better experience for me and my customer base.

This software is well scaled for small to large businesses and works very well in any scenario. Can be compared to any of the other big names in remote software out there and would come out on top in my opinion.
