Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer has been an essential tool used by our organization in different departments, mostly to be able to receive remote technician help and to share screen information while many users are still working or providing support remotely.
Using TeamViewer our IT department is able to quickly provide assistance on different office locations, while remotely connected and having [...] visual access [to the] user's machine, this results in a more efficient solution.
It also allows remote assistance of other business in case of additional assistance is needed.

Fast to implement/install, monitor and manage, is needed when we have now hundreds of employees and remote access or support is needed.
Easy to use by users of any computer background and familiarity. When we need to provide support to users working remotely, making it easier for the user to understand and follow simple instructions alleviates the stress of all initial problems.
Cost on many users has its advantages over its competitors.
Other products we have compared with are LogMeIn, FreshDesk, AnyDesk, Zoho and Splashtop.

TeamViewer robust mobile / tablet application has been one of the most important application we have used to support remote users since 2020 pandemic as all employees were working remotely and support was needed as soon as possible on any emergency.
The ability to quickly connect to the remote users to provide support was essential to ensure no delays.
As more vulnerabilities are discovered and maliciously explored on many different applications where the company information can be compromised and where in the worst cases can place the company to a halt causing millions of dollars in damages, being able to fully trust on TeamViewer security makes the most important difference and peace of mind.
LogMeIn Pro, Zoho Assist, Veeam Backup & Replication
TeamViewer is a great and easy solution when we need to request support or give access to a remote user. The remote user must install the client and be provided with a code (and a password if the option is chosen) to access.
The remote user can request to take over and we can still see and monitor all what is being done.

I would recommend TeamViewer as a great solution when support is needed and you need to request the support.
Meanwhile, the software is also well suited to provide unattended access to remote machines, where IT department can control users machines if needed.

Due to extremely user friendly and documented support we have not needed or purchased the premium support for TeamViewer.
