OrthoCarolina currently uses Employee Admin, Benefits, Recruiting, New Employee On-boarding, Business Intelligence, and Performance Reviews across our entire organization with plans to incorporate Time Management, Succession Planning, Career Development and Training in 2016. UltiPro provides a versatile single platform to efficiently and effectively manage human resources. The system is user friendly and easy to navigate.
Pros
- Responsiveness - UltiPro responds quickly to requests for customized reports, systems issues, new company set-ups, etc.
- Compatibility - partners with other vendors to provide additional services that feed into UltiPro (i.e. training, on-boarding).
- Ease of Use - UltiPro is very easy to navigate and learn.
Cons
- Performance Reviews - allow ability to manage merit increase pool throughout the year when reviews are given on anniversary dates.
- Reports - make the report creating in BI easier to create reports.

I can think of several times when UltiPro has delivered exceptional support. We started a new company this year and needed to set up the new company structure in the system. UltiPro has delivered in the established timeline despite delays on our end.
