Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
We were looking for 2FA software to improve security for our remote workers. We use WatchGuard as firewall. Therefore we came across WatchGuard AuthPoint and it meets our 2FA needs well.
- 2FA for VPN - Safe and easy to manage.
- LogonApp - 2FA verification when logging in outside the company.
- Gateway connection problems.
- Overall service quality.
- It provided great security against the risk of our users' password being stolen.
Overall we are satisfied, but the HTTPS inspect function is improving but not fully stable.
We can manage our on prem systems from anywhere at any time.
Users generally do not worry about security. So of course they would be happier if it wasn't there.
Every system you can connect to name means a single password. The only advantage for us is 2FA.
