Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used to manage our travel, car expense while using our own car, and all other expenses related to our job. It can be food, meal, product. It is used by the whole organization to centralize all our expenses. It helps to save a lot of time for administrative purposes.
  • Easy to create an expense.
  • Manage all our past expenses.
  • Fast treatment of our expenses.
  • Picture of bill is really useful on the app.
  • user interface is some time not really smart
  • to create an expense for the same trip made several times it is not so easy
  • saving items with pictures and adding it to a bill later is not well manage
  • To be free in mind about bill and travel expenses, when you are abroad you have other things to think.
  • If we lost something we used to save in the app we can reprint a bill.
  • The review of our expenses is also a good point to know the budget.
The overall usability of Webexpenses usability is quite good, the interface is nice and well done. Some parts can be improved to navigate between different sections for example but it is a minor point. For me the most important is to be simple and efficient, that was what Webexpenses is. So it is quite good.
I've never had to join the support. So it means that for me the user experience with the product is good.
To save time I have saved some personal documents in the Webexpenses app and so I would be able to reuse it as soon as I need it.
It helps also abroad when you forgot a personal paper (for renting a car or something else). This for me a really good point to save time in complicated situation.
I want something easy to use, and fast! People should not lose time while using it. It is here to help us not to lower us. This is services for people so we should take the bigger benefit we can of using it. So we were able to save time for our main business.
In the past I mainly used internal solution, so there were not as good as Webexpenses. It was in small company. And for sure it is a real benefit for all users to have a service like that to declare trip, bill and other expenses. Other products were quite low and not user friendly.

Using Webexpenses is well suitable when I want to declare a trip with my personal car for example, it is not so easy in this same case to add multiple trips on the same location at different times. We want to centralize more some trips to save time on treatment and if we can reduce the claim number for the same thing it can be good.
