We currently use a couple of Zoom Rooms, but are in a migration to changing to a lot more. I love the upgrading and managing all the Zoom Rooms on the admin portal

Zoom is a lot more innovative and user friendly.
Webex does not cater to their customers as much as in creating newer features.

Yes - Webex. Webex was becoming an issue with quality and latency. Zoom came in a showed a significant experience for our users.

Yes - We do because we have such a huge company and always trying to innovate and create new features and support to help us create new features is always nice.
We had an issue with live capturing of our calls because they were an attendee in a Webinar. They are not creating a feature if we promote them they will now start capturing the data of the call for the promoted panelist
