Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

I use Zoominfo to find leads for outbound activity. Also find company information like address, name and size. I have also used to it to fid out possible decision makers in the Organization.

  • Able to find contacts that are relevant to our clientele.
  • More data on leads for outbound activity
  • Faster leads conversion
The data i get from them is on par with what Zoominfo provides. But i do like the way UI is and ease of downloading the data and exporting.
Filters that zoominfo provides is good as well.
It would be most beneficial for sales team. They really help us identify contact number of leads in case we have wrong information. I do not see a lot of scenarios where this is less appropriate. There just needs to be more work on background check.

not very useful for finding contact in countries other than USA and canada
