  • This is useful to find the business emails and phone numbers of the added prospects. It has a dashboard with various options which is well organized and is useful in finding the information which is not available on the web. This helps recruiters, sales, and marketing executives.

InsideView

During the filtering process for "people", I make sure I filter by region (usually states), number of employees, people with LinkedIn profiles and emails, no subsidiaries. This gives me all the information I need.

Pros

  • AeroLeads is a good tool for generating leads or prospects with very good accuracy. AeroLeads is a good CRM tool for generating leads or prospects. It is a multipurpose tool- unlike other tools which can only find emails or just can add leads to the CRM databases, AeroLeads has a floating button whenever you open a LinkedIn profile, you can just click the AeroLeads icon and add the leads to your AeroLeads dashboard.

  • Employee size is very accurate. We are able to target market using InsideView.
  • I am able to verify the prospect has a LinkedIn profile which is very important for us. We trust LinkedIn's data.
  • Email accuracy is one of the highest I've seen, once you choose profiles with a LinkedIn profile.

Cons

  • AeroLeads finds only business emails and phone number - the phone number sometimes will be the corporate phone number of the company and not the office desk phone number of that prospect.

  • There is only one big weakness of InsideView and that is the application does not allow the end user to mass load contacts into a CRM. The process mentioned previously that we use to load contacts is still very time consuming. When using apps such as Accesshoovers it would ping my CRM data so I would instantly know what accounts were already in our database and which ones were not. This same process minimized the loading of duplicates.

Although InsideView is a useful tool, we do not get enough use of of it from the remainder of our staff. Concurrent users tend to be a big pricey. Until we directly correlate a sale to the use of InsideView, I highly doubt a renewal will be likely. If however, price comes down or the platform is improved, we may remain users.

Intuitive service designed for sales reps. If the user needs help, there is a knowledgebase and a set of recorded webinars. The system is in the language of sales reps.

One of the best thing I found free email verifier through which I was able to verify my old leads as well and for my assignment that was something efficient way I found to get connected with the people.

Insideview is more of a company research tool which gives more granular information on the contacts and their capacity within a company. In addition, it connects to social platforms to give real time information on the company/industry. Sales navigator, while valuable, is more of networking tool with suspect data accuracy

  • As it was included in the CRM it provided a way to get data without added expenditures for data lists or other providers.
  • It increased efficiency by allowing searches without having to leave the CRM so the business development team would be able to make more calls, even with the negatives I listed.
