Cisco is one of the best service and solutions providers out in the market currently. Their product, Cisco Webex Meetings, is a great tool that can help connect colleagues together who can't meet with one another physically. It also is a great tool for collaboration between various numbers of people. Another situation where Cisco Webex Meetings is well suited is if there is a training session needed; Cisco Webex Meetings is a great platform to host that.

For instance, all of my missed calls from clients always have some sort of notification that they have called or left a voicemail in order to quickly get back in touch with them. This helps me and the company itself to bring in new clients and help grow the business.The only scenario that I can say that I have had trouble with is when making a three-way phone call and then trying to transfer this three-way call to another colleague. Still haven't figured out how to successfully do this.

Cisco Webex Meetings is a really easy-to-use solution. Cisco has a mentality linked to joining meetings: one button to push. There is always the same big green button that appears everywhere—on invitation emails, in the calendar, on videoconferencing devices, on the application in our phones and tablets. One button and the meeting is started. Anyone can start a meeting.The solution is therefore minimally demanding for IT teams, and even easy to set up and support for smaller environments where there simply isn't an IT team.

An OK call center platform for a company that does not have a high in-house IT support skillset. For a company with good engineers, I would recommend Cisco. The applications are not great but usable. There is not good ADFS support and is not considered crucial by the company. When you delete an agent, their recordings go away. Problems like that make the product just an average solution suitable for companies not expecting the absolute best in productivity and support.

Has always been very reliable with only a couple of issues in the past year. Video and audio quality is always very good, however the platform does struggle with many people on video and audio (could also have something to do with computer bandwidth). We had over 50 people on a video call and found the platform to crash repeatedly, however for something like this I would recommend leveraging Webex events

Overall performance of loading the application is fast. On occasions, the meeting can take time to load in the browser version. The app usually loads faster both on desktop and mobile. Integration with MS Outlook is available. While I have not noticed [...] reduced performance within Cisco Webex Meetings because of this integration, I have seen delays in MS Outlook when adding the meeting link to calendars

The response time is very fast via email. Most of the time, they also follow-up with a call but I usually need my questions answered via email.I think their support emails are bit bland and impersonal. They may think it's a good idea to list all applicable managers in their emails but that's not really all the important to me. In fact seeing so many people listed makes me wonder if I'd have to contact someone else to get my question answered or problem resolved.

I would say that the overall support process is good, as it is the same as we had for Genesys Pure Connect Cloud, but because the product is still quite young, there are some things that take longer to troubleshoot or resolve. There is constant development on this platform, so items are being addressed quickly.

That we needed complex implementation that we didn't get tells me 2 things: 1) the product was not designed in a way that "just worked" like some of its peers (Zoom / BlueJeans) and 2) had our company defined actual user needs and validated / verified that they had bought something that matched those, we would have pursued features / designs more closely aligned with what the product actually does: screen share, sometimes video, definitely VOIP audio (always an option regardless of license), and easy recording and retrieval of meetings.

I find Cisco Webex Meetings to be the easiest to use from the following standpoints:- Google Hangouts can have firewall issues for my customers; Cisco Webex Meetings doesn't- Our company finds it hard at times to take presenter rights in Teams, and we often need to present- Skype can be difficult to log into; Cisco Webex Meetings isn't- Some of my accounts weren't allowed by their internal IT teams to use Zoom when Zoom had security issues; Cisco Webex Meetings was always considered an acceptable option
