We recently went through an RFP process and iCIMS was a finalist with Avature and Jobvite. iCIMS finished third in that RFP because of their high cost, challenging customer service, difficult reporting and their ability to work with us on customization of our site.
At the time Jobvite was not user friendly or easy to customize, which is what led me to look for alternatives. They have since changed their platform to be more competitive, but I have no interest in changing at this time.
Jobvite was our last ATS that has better marketing/CRM solutions, however, we experienced negative customer service and decided to switch to iCIMS for a similar price point. We are in the process of moving to Workday Recruit as our new ATS which doesn't offer as much …

Lever is more user friendly, more visual, and less reporting issues. iCIMS Talent Cloud is more configurable and able to grow more candidates in a faster fashion. Lever has better support than iCIMS, which is an overall win for anyone using it. Lever is also growing their …
Better technology. Reasonably priced. Great customer service. Continually updates to keep current. Strong partnerships with other vendors. Great add-on services.
iCIMS Talent Acquisition allowed us the necessary reporting, searching, and hosting we were looking for and once this implementation was completed, the usability of the programs are very easy. The additional ability to expand into various Onboarding and coordinating tasks for …
Bullhorn is most similar I saw to iCIMS - It's ideal for large staffing organizations with 100s of reqs.
Jobvite - My organization ultimately selected this as our current ATS. We are a smaller, growing company with an entrepreneurial mindset and Jobvite fits perfectly with our …
We looked at the solutions above before deciding on iCIMS. We found iCIMS had the functionality to support our automated requisition and offer approval process, local language support for resumes/messages, ease of use, and right price point. A high level of customer service was …

I used iCIMS in the past, and considered them when I selected Jobvite for this organization. I found at the time that the customizability and social recruiting tools were just better with Jobvite, and ended up feeling that they were the better solution for our needs.

Chose Jobvite
While I had not used it, we heavily considered iCIMS as a possible solution. It's also a best of breed product, with many of the same types of advancements as Jobvite, but it lacked in connection to social networks and does not have a dedicated CRM that connects to it. Jobvite …
We picked Jobvite primarily because the cost to features ratio was the right one for us based on our business requirements. We also selected them because of ease of use, strong customer support, and the ability to support multiple market-facing brands. CATS is good but very …
Jobvite easily beats all 3 of these. UlltiPro although branded as an ATS is not an ATS, it is a data repository and lacks everything I as a long time recruiter and talent acquisition manager would need to effectively do my job. iCIMS wasn't bad, but was more difficult to learn …
Jobvite is more user-friendly from a Talent Acquisition and candidate perspective. You are able to use with very little IT intervention. iCIMS has some capabilities, such as job library, hiring manager survey, external & internal job titles that I wish Jobvite had.
Before implementing Jobvite, we had iCIMS and Kronos Workforce Ready. Neither of these products got us where we wanted to be with metrics, candidate experience, or technology. I'm sure since we left them they have updated, but we are much happier with Jobvite than others. In …

Jobvite will in my opinion easily rise to the top. We had actually selected another system to go with and learned during the implementation phase that it could not do what we needed and wanted it to. In the end, we had to abandon the project and go back to an RFP. When that …
Greenhouse was a close competitor, but at the time (7-8 years ago) we felt Jobvite was ahead of the curve, constantly adapting, and had real recruiters working on their applications and workflows. They understood the landscape.
We evaluated iCIMS, Taleo, and CATS. Jobvite was hands down the best. All others had pretty poor UX for recruiters and candidates. They felt clunky or slim in terms of features. Jobvite was the best option in terms of slick, simple UI, and complete features.
Jobvite is by far my favorite ATS that I have used. I will say that Taleo Enterprise Edition was an excellent tool, perfect in many ways, but I used that when I worked at Booz Allen, and it was highly customized, there were full time administrators on site, and it had really …

The RFP had been started prior to my joining the company and the final decision was down to Jobvite and Newton. Jobvite seemed like it would have the ability to scale further and meet more of our business-oriented (vs just recruiting) needs.
