Webex Meetings are available at no cost to users. They are included in the Webex Suite, starting at $11.95 per user/per month for Enterprise Agreements.
We have tried a number of online meeting platforms since 2010 when we first commenced our online and international programs. Although Join.Me was a mainstay for us at first--affordable, safe, and great way to provide remote access that other platforms failed to provide--now we …
If you're looking for something basic that handles a little bit of everything when it comes to meetings, screen shares and remote desktop control join.me is a great options. If you're a super user and really wanting a lot of detailed features and rich user interfaces and money …
Join.me has many shortcomings when it comes to comparison with Webex. I believe Webex is by far the best however there is a small piece of the of the market for Join.me. Join.me was too late to the game and lacks in features on top of it.
Webex has a higher quality video and audio output, but it still depends on bandwidth. Join.me is significantly cheaper, offers a free version, and is much easier to set up. While the video and audio quality with Join.me isn't as great as Webex, it still gets the job done and is …
Similar offerings. Join.me was selected due to easy, consistent management. Quickly embraced by our teams, uses the hardware already in place. Each user gets his / her private meeting space or can generate a one time code for ad-hoc meetings. In general, join.me provided …
I do like join.me for shorter presentations but I think it could use an upgrade. It’s great that each meeting creates its own link which is easy to send to others.
Join me is so much easier to use than other products we have used. We currently use 2 products as backups (for security reasons) and have always preferred the ease of use associated with Join me. The personalised URL and web browser viewing without other software installations …
Honestly most of these are about the same in terms of functionality. Join.me has a competitive price but is not necessarily the cheapest. We selected it to consolidate things internally.
I have used Join.me, DameWare and TeamViewer. Join.me has the least amount of hassle in regards to quick setup. Dameware often times fails and has to be installed manually. TeamViewer drops the connection often and requires you to start the whole process again.
Head to head join me is quicker to use and is easier to use. It requires literally nothing to install unlike the other applications, which makes it the best choice when working with users who are less technical. join.me is the fastest to get started and share with your users. …
Again, join.me has many of the same issues the TeamViewer or Webex have, such as dropped connections, laggy, jitter, etc. These are expected with over the public internet/cloud services such as these. I think where Join.me is a step above is how easy it is to set up and get a …
Skype for Business is used much more widely in the organization now because it is a lot cheaper for internal-only meetings. However, Skype does seem to have even more audio connection issues than WebEx. Our C-Suite also uses BlueJeans for their quarterly review webinars, and it …
We actually use a variety of the offerings. We have a few Join.me accounts because sometimes that is easier for calling/screen sharing meetings. We opted against UberConference because although it was the most cost-effective, we found calls were being dropped regularly. For …
Initially, Webex was the most reliable, secure, and feature-rich option on the market when we started our online schools 12 years ago. Skype was much more of a social platform (prior to Skype Business) and we wanted to communicate to potential school partners and parents that …
Webex Meetings is unmatched since it provides powerful and easy-to-use features. It is highly customizable to suit your business needs. I like how it allows me to engage with employers, customers, and co-workers.
I think Webex is about the same in terms of functions, compared to the others listed at the top of this. If you think about it there are only so many things that a screen share meeting platform can do. That being said Webex is heavier and slower to load than some the web …
In my experience WebEx is the most mature, fully featured and reliable solution of it's type i have used. We chose WebEx years ago when this space had far fewer competitors. But WebEx continues to innovate and add more capabilities to keep it at the front of this market segment.
With Cisco Webex Meetings, you can integrate with Outlook, and you can share selected applications and not only your screen. We had an improved audio experience as well with Cisco Webex.
As a consultant, we have the opportunity to use many web conferencing software with our client organizations. WebEx falls right in the middle for the technologies. In my opinion, it's better than Skype for Business but not as good as newer web-conferencing technologies like …

I use these regularly; there are also other tools out there I've used once or twice, but these two are the major ones I've stuck with.
