Paylocity provides 24/7 access to your online payroll and human resource data management. Paylocity offers highly customizable payroll functionality, as well as HR, benefits administration, and time and talent management programs.
Against Oracle, Paylocity's effective date system doesn't stand a chance. Plus Oracle has calendars on every screen so you can change the date and view how the data appeared as of the date you put in the system, you could see how the employee file was coded all the way back to …
Paylocity is similar in structure to other HRIS that I have used. The difference is the ease of use of the platform and its help feature for 'how to' lookups. It is really easy to use the system and train others.
I was not involved in the selection process but have used both ADP and PeopleSoft in previous roles. PeopleSoft does allow for more customization and they both provide more comprehensive data, but both are also not as user friendly for employees as Paylocity.
Against Paycor, Paylocity is a vast improvement in looks, support, functionality and end user ease of use. Against ADP, it's newer looking and easier to use navigation wise but the calculations and system doesn't run as smoothly as ADP's systems. Dedicated support team of the …
I find Paylocity to be much more simplistic and easy to use than Oracle PeopleSoft. I used the later for 12 years and was not very user friendly - neither on the HR side nor the employee side. I would much rather use Paylocity than PeopleSoft any day, hands down! Paylocity is …
Paylocity is as good in terms of payroll processing; the reporting is lacking in terms of finding the report with the information you need; customer service is excellent; however you really don't have an account manager, except in name only.
I will say that Paylocity is easier to navigate than the two products mentioned above. There appears to be more customization. However, the workflow is terrible compared to PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors.
Other programs like ADP or PeopleSoft have been far to cumbersome or confusing. Paylocity isn't perfect but it is leaps ahead of where we have been in the past!
We selected Paylocity because it was very intuitive to use and at a good price for all the modules we received. The implementation process seemed very straightforward and I really liked my sales rep.
Paylocity is easier to navigate than Ceridian, but some things are not available to the user. It is reliable for payroll processing and accuracy. PeopleSoft is much easier to make adjustments to wages and taxes, but that is also an area where errors and/or fraud could be an …
They all seem work the same. However, I appreciate the Help Knowledge Base, Learning and Time Card Corrections more. I believe Paylocity is user friendly and everything is all in one HRIS system.
Paylocity takes the confusion out of Payroll by streamlining Payroll in general. The steps in completing Payroll are minimal with Paylocity. In terms of other aspects such as time tracking, Paylocity may need to work on system integration. Paylocity should be more seamless in …
