The user face for the product is very simple and requires almost no training for employees so I would highly recommend it for almost any size organization, especially those that have employees who are some of intimidated by video technology.

It's easy. Just seems a little outdated. Maybe just change the overall appearance. I wish the layout during the webinar was a little easier to see. The questions that the audience asks are sometimes hard to find. However, these are just minor. I still think it's the best platform on the market.

There are many other options available for this type of use. I am fortunate to already have this tool available to me. Once I started using it, I can definitely say that it has made a difference in having support tickets for email and cyber security issues. Again, I have it included as part of a subscription, so I did not have to research a product like this.

I gave this rating because using the platform is very intuitive and makes it very easy for people to log on and attend a meeting with little to no issue. If there are any questions to be had there is a very helpful guide that they can use or support is always near to provide answers.

As Previously mentioned, the outstanding marketing capabilities and general reach it creates to a large scale company is almost unmatched. Having great polling and interaction is valuable and needed.Analytics is a nice plus and allowing the scalability potential of domain knowledge from other teams being available on demand to another team to upskill is absolutely fantastic

GoTo Webinar is fairly easy to use and get accustomed to. It does not seem like there is a lot of time needed to become familiar with the software before using it. It is fairly intuitive.

Overall it's easy to use described as follows: Easy to set up the event and invite attendees It offers nice options to design emails and send out bulk invites all at once. Offers nice interactive features like polling questions to keep the audience engaged. One of the best features is our planners can set up a template and use it for future events, saving up on time and effort.

Overall it's great, like I said user friendly, especially for techy clients or users. It's very usable and once you've registered, there's an email that will be sent to you that will help or guide you which is a big help especially for the users who are not much of tech users.

I think it could update the main interface, and be more user-friendly. Right now, most users are used to using Web platforms for events or video calls, so they are waiting for an easy-to-use experience, without installing additional software or plug-ins. I think this is a very robust platform, with a lot of event options for speakers and moderators that you can't find in another tool available right now.

Generally, it's easy to use. I have hosted meetings with all kinds of folks and everyone seems to figure it out pretty well. Compared to other platforms, we seem to get fewer user questions and concerns on using this one.

Overall the platform is very easy to navigate, is very robust in its feature set, and was very easy for me to figure out when I was first getting started and hosting several webinars each week. You can start a webinar within seconds, which was crucial as I was bouncing from one meeting to another too.

Again it is great for some in the company but usability is not throughout. It is hard for some users to take full advantage of the program. It also seems to work differently on different operating systems on both computers and mobile devices. It would be nice if it was throughout.

It's very easy to use. Easy to navigate and understand. It can be heavily customized based on your needs and the needs of the organization. We have team members with various skills and are tech-savvy and they all can use GoTo with little training or assistance.

GoTo Webinar is definitely easily useable for ones that are not strong suited in technology or using the computer every day. I have had a colleague extremely confused about GoTo Webinar and Zoom when she first started and was easily able to use GoTo Webinar once I trained her on it.
