In my opinion, our organization has achieved the benefits we were hoping to accomplish by using the software. It allows us to create custom apps for our business without involving our tech team.

Quick Base has made the maintaining of custom business apps so much simpler and easier. Our QA team was managing a tool for making requests and pulling code across teams, thus simplifying the testing of bugs and code when working with multiple platforms simultaneously. Despite all of the products being under development while being tested, Quick Base was able to manage the QA process and product design easily. We saw a huge benefit in our processes.

Our business has definitely achieved this and continues to do so. I will reiterate what I listed in my last answer...Quick Base can be used across almost any department or business function.

Yes, we continue to create new applications as new business issues arise. A lot of times we are even able to use existing apps for new problems.

Yes, proudly speaking my organization has achieved many of the benefits. Quick Base is designed to make building, deploying and maintaining custom business applications faster, easier and durable. Quick Base is far better than excel sheet as at the end in the excel sheet chances of mistakes are more. Representation is better in Quick base.

Quick Base is absolutely the best platform for custom business applications. We use custom applications for nearly all aspects of our own business. In addition, we have built hundreds or thousands of applications for a wide variety of client business needs.

We custom built our entire application - it allowed us to create an environment that allows everyone in our organization to provide inputs on the data we will provide to our stakeholders and outputs to our customers. Quick Base is extremely agile, and can be developed and released into implementation very quickly!

In general, Quick Base has allowed us to quickly and easily build apps to track data using our business model. As our company has complex business models and I'm used to developing without major limitations and easy integrations (think MySQL + PHP or Access or SQL + VB), Quick Base requires a lot of tweaking to accomplish our goals.

Our organization has been able to build, deploy and maintain applications in Quick Base for many different customers, who can each use it to suit their individual needs.

Definitely have achieved this benefit. I can not say enough how awesome it is to be able to build what you want, when you want it and come up with creative solutions on how to do things. You are not inclined to use a generic box product that you have to take your business processes and make them work. Here, you can take your business process and have Quick Base work for you to streamline and improve on it.

Quick Base allowed us to build and implement a solution in a matter of a couple of weeks compared to a traditional software development process which would have taken months at an exponentially higher cost to implement.

We [have] a relatively large number of teams for how small our company is: sales, customer support, technical, and product development are all teams that exist in our +/- 50 person company. Communication between these teams happens on a daily basis, so it's important that we had one repository of information, and one set of business processes. Quickbase is that repository for us.

It has benefited us greatly, as we have been able to implement and combine many previous programs into Quick Base in a timely manner.

We were a small construction company with the same business process activity as big companies. The goal was always to be "overhead light" to be a competitive bidder. We built our applications in-house and were able to deploy quickly and reduce the overhead requirements that usually were answered by hiring another person. The more overhead operations we could manage with Quick Base, the less need for additional employees.

We have several custom business applications. Quick Base has allowed us to get them up and running quickly without the added expense and learning curve of purchasing new software for every application. One example is our time reporting application. We track our contractors' time. It used to be split between SAP and spreadsheets submitted by every contractor. Consolidation of the data was time consuming and prone to error. We developed a time tracking application in about a week for use by all contractors. It is easier to use, and we have better control and analysis of our data as a result.

Quick Base absolutely lets us build, deploy, and update custom business applications faster and easier. This is one of the main drivers for us to use Quick Base. We do set up some custom built applications using ASP.NET and Access when we need a very customized solution, but the time it takes to build anything in either of those systems is an order of magnitude longer. We often use Quick Base even when it doesn't have every feature we would like, because otherwise we would be unable to deliver anything at all in the necessary time frame.

Yes - we have a highly customized application that is tailored to our needs. We've gotten here over years of work and building within Quick Base.

Yes. I use Quick Base on a daily basis and find it difficult to get things done when they are down.

We have been able to quickly build several solutions to address a specific business need and roll it out within days.

Yes, we have a few apps for our different operations and we would not be where we are today without Quick Base. It gives everyone in the company more access to information than they have ever had in the past. The downside is now that they have the information they want more!

We partnered with a consultant to help us build the applications we have from a technical standpoint, and then we created dashboards and reports ourselves. The third party consultants have been crucial to the success of the tool.

We have achieved this benefit. Quick Base users in our organization now do not have to rely on programmers outside their department to create an application for them. We can now do it ourselves, and get the functionality we really want.

We were not able to achieve this on our own, so we had to hire a third party developer to create the applications we needed.

The learning curve has made this more challenging to build faster since we did not bring this in through IT. Our IT could have built a bit faster but would not are the business experts so understanding the app would have been more challenging. We are now reaping the benefits of building apps for use cases in a much faster manner.

Everyone of my company's applications have been custom built, some in just an hour. We have one application that was requested, designed, built, and deployed in 2 hours. Most applications once deployed take very little maintenance other than managing users as they start, leave, or gain responsibility.

I think half the reason it took us so long to switch systems is the adoption rate. Quick Base makes adoption so much easier because you can customize just about everything. You can't please everyone, but Quick Base certainly tries and comes pretty darn close.
