Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Well, to start with, I use the call recordings to share with my customer, snippets, and transcripts. I also use it to understand the matrices of the call and learn what I could've done better. On the other hand, I also use it to ensure my notes are up to date and the reminders for deals at risk is a terrific feature Gong has to offer.

Oh yeah, absolutely. Gong has been my best friend in Sales since I started using it. I couldn't help but thank the developers at Gong for designing such a beautiful product with a great UI, easy to use and help me close deals. It always helps me with the right information whenever needed.
Since it keeps a tab on the call recordings, it helps identify a pattern across common trends, which is not at a very high scale but is still useful. Some common tracts like what could have been used here, how much should you keep talk to listen ratio and other industry trends.
Gong is much better than the tools I have used before simply because of a better UI, easy-to-use system and it has the whole package any sales professional might need. You can't build an outreach into Gong, which I think could be a great idea for the Gong team but the things they have done so far is amazing.
