Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We are an early-stage startup and needed a CRM system to have one place to have a 360-degree view of our customer relations. We decided to go with Hubspot last December because the entry bar is low (free tier with a lot of features built-in, unlimited users, etc).
- UX
- Marketing Emails.
- Quoting
- Sequences
- Chatflows
- Associations between same object types (e.g., deal - deal to have a parent deal, etc.).
- No user impersonation for admins.
- No sequence send out in the name of other users (e.g., SDR wants to trigger a sales sequence in the name of the AE).
- Positiv: We can identify new PQLs based on the automatic association with companies by email domain.
- Positiv: Better visibility across the whole company since we log all communication in HubSpot.
