KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training allows us to run defensive phishing campaigns and to train our users in security awareness.

- Too early to say, but I would expect us to have a more aware user base, which would result in lower risk to the company.
- 1 year on, we have seen far less instances of phishing clicks in the organisation.
- Cofense PhishMe and Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (formerly Wombat Security)
I had used KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training previously and therefore knew that it's intuitive, easy to use, quick to customize where I'm able to and works well for reporting. I did like Cofense's ability to customize training modules but ultimately went for KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training as I knew it would give us what we needed.

The availability of fresh training content and access to different content publishers means that users don't get bored and remain engaged with the content.
We upload a list of new joiners on a monthly basis and upload a list of leavers on a monthly basis. We have not found a simple way of managing people moving departments yet, but we plan to do a 'true up' exercise each year.
