Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it for all kinds of stuff, especially for remote working. We have a lot of daily scrum & retrospective formats and use them for OKRs, Team Canvas sessions, creating story maps, product goals, etc. It's an ideal tool for working from home with your colleagues and using the digital whiteboards Miro offers.
- It's a great solution for working hybrid.
- It offers lots of easy templates to use.
- It's easy to use Agile workflows in Miro.
- Simply create story maps en roadmaps.
- It can become a bit slow when working with a lot of users at the same time.
- Sharing projects can be a bit difficult sometimes for new users.
- The more people using the board, the more licences you'll need.
- Improved productivity.
- Created transparency.
- It isn't the most cheap product to use.
It's a great tool and helped us a lot with collaborating on existing and new projects. We have some people working from the other side of the country or even abroad so working with Miro online works amazing for us. It creates a lot of transparency the way it's set up.

Evaluating Miro and Competitors
Not Sure
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
It's very easy to use and easy to integrate with other systems. It's not needed to get an extended training to start using the tool, beginners can easily use it as well. It's also very handy that we can integrate it with tools like JIRA and Confluence to sync work.
I think we wouldn't change it
