Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

My organization uses Paycor for payroll, benefits, recruiting, and organization development. Paycor is our main source for our HRIS. Our employees use it for time keeping and scheduling time off.
  • Process payroll timely
  • Return calls
  • Look into issues for BA
  • Knowledgeable of all pay-related issues
  • Get things correct the first time instead of rework
  • The negative impact is the ability to stop time while employees are on leave. Can this be enhanced?
  • I love the enhancement of including the time-off plans within the hiring process.
  • Negative - when calling in, the assigned consultant is rarely available at the time of call.
  • The premium team has been helpful.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
Paycor is user-friendly but I think more enhancements would make it better.
Paycor was chosen due to the pricing and how much it would save our organization.

Do you think Paycor delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Paycor's feature set?

Yes

Did Paycor live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Paycor go as expected?

No

Would you buy Paycor again?

No

Paycor is well-suited by aligning each organization with a consultant that can assist. Paycor definitely needs work with the turnaround time for responses during open enrollment. The 48-hour turnaround time when you are under a crunch time is not feasible.
