Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is a great tool for solving many problems both from a day-to-day workflow perspective and at the project level. By having all documentation, drawings, change orders, etc. housed in a central location greatly reduces the amount of time spent searching through multiple platforms and internal folder directories to find items.

We have not used any third-party software integrations with Procore to date but based on the feedback I received from colleagues in the industry these integrations have had a significant impact in the success of their organization by saving time and resources. There are countless third-party software available on the App Marketplace that can help increase the functionality of the Procore platform. Categories include BIM, commissioning, field communications, quality & safety, drones, etc.
Procore allows me to enter, modify and distribute daily logs much faster and easier than ever before. It gives me more time to focus on other important tasks and managing trades more effectively. In addition to manpower cunts, daily logs can be used to track weather, safety violations, deliveries, phone calls, inspections, etc.
Procore tremendously helps manage the responsibilities of our field staff and allows them to be more effective at their jobs. It provides great value to our project team and to overall project itself. The stress associated with managing a job using more traditional methods is significantly reduced and Procore is part of the reason why we are able to maintain the high quality of personnel that has made our company so successful.
Procore is significantly better than e-Builder but on par with PlanGrid. In my experience, Procore is hands-down the best product of its kind. The Procore customer and technical support is excellent, they are always available to help with any issues or questions you may have. The product is continuously improving and introducing new features and tools based on feedback from its users.

Procore is a great tool for the supers in the field to present the most up-to-date drawings and specifications to the subcontractors. Saves time and money by guaranteeing the most accurate information is being referenced. The Drawings Tool is great for linking all relevant sketches, RFIs, submittals, etc. to specific drawings for greater collaboration amongst all project team members--from designers, to field supers, to subcontractors.

Using Procore

150 - All team members are added to the Procore project team based on the demands of the project. Some team members work on multiple active projects at the same time and serve functions such as Health and Safety Managers, Insurance, Engineering and Coordination, Operations and Logistics Managers, and Supply Chain Monitoring.
20 - The internal Procore support staff is well-versed in the capabilities of Procore and can provide assistance for the field-staff whenever needed. These team members typically have great attention to detail and are very well-organized. A general understanding of construction is obviously an advantage, but is not necessarily required to support Procore. If all else fails, Procore customer service is second to none and can provide further assistance when required.

The value that Procore adds to any given project is immeasurable. Everyone involved in the project from client management to tradesman to estimating can all benefit from the use of this platform. Over the life of a project it can save so much time and money that it practically pays for itself.

Procore Training

The Procore software is very intuitive and can easily be picked up, even by those with limited technical capabilities. Procore offers a lot of training guides and educational resources for all types of users (owners, architects/engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, etc.) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced).

Procore Support

The Procore support staff is fast, knowledgeable and always willing to help no matter what size issue. The greatest thing about the Procore support is their openness to feedback and ideas for new tools or features that will help all of their users. These features get rolled out quite often and make the platform even better.

No, our company does not need to purchase the premium support because the standard offering is sufficient in getting all of our particular needs or issues resolved. The support staff is almost always quick to respond and very knowledgeable in the product. The greatest thing about the Procore support is their openness to feedback and ideas for new tools or features that will help all of their users.
One time I was experiencing an issue with the company logo not printing correctly on the Procore reports tool. I tried resolving the issue on my own, but there was nothing I could do to fix it. I contacted Procore customer support and the support agent was very eager to help me with what I assumed would be a trivial issue. He took my information down and said he would personally see to it that the issue was resolved. I received an email a few days later that the agent made the correct changes and was able to fix the problem. I was shocked to see such dedication and care regardless of how big or small the issue was.
