Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We can contact TriNet at any time with any HR issues, and they will provide us with answers keeping our best interests in mind.
The user interface is very good, but they do and should continue to make improvements in making the interface even better and more user-friendly.
We use TriNet as our payroll company, human resources manager, and benefits supplier. We also use it for performance reviews.
  • Support is outstanding
  • Benefits package rivals large companies
  • TriNet doesn't receive commissions on our benefits so they are working in the best interests of the company.
  • I would like to see them offer payroll budgeting software to assist the employer with budgeting.
  • I would like to see improvements in their PTO tracking system. We currently don't use it.
  • Takes away the need to hire a full-time human resources employee.
  • Allows multiple operations employees to handle various human resources related tasks.
  • Allows employees to work directly with TriNet on human resource related items with frees up time for the operations staff.
I personally have not shopped alternative products to TriNet.
Excellent for payroll, and HR support. Benefits package is good too.
