We use UserTesting as part of our Experience Strategy and Design process; our UX designers, UX researchers, content strategists, and consumer insights researchers all use UserTesting. We use a lot of functionality: moderated and unmoderated user interviews, prototype testing, and exploratory research.

The quality of participants I get at UserTesting is unparalleled. Being able to get insights in half a day, if needed, from people that match the demographics or characteristics I need is invaluable. I sound like a broken record sometimes because I say, "we can test that" or "we can find out" because it's just so easy to get feedback from people about your ideas, hypotheses, suppositions.
