The capability of Cvent is extraordinary. It can be used for a variety of purposes such as surveys, questionnaires, testing (with scoring capability), net promoter and the list goes on and on. We have found the ability to import questions data, create and design surveys, accomplish reporting all to be intuitive and easy with minimal requirements of having any previous survey creation experience. Typically with only three 1 Hour blocks of training, you can get an individual or team setup and administering their own surveys and reports. Because of the broad capabilities within Cvent, I cannot think of any scenario or situation that the technology would not be appropriate. One crucial point about Cvent is that many companies we survey do not allow their employees to be surveyed from other tools. Cvent, however is approved and accepted allowing us to reach a broader audience in obtaining the valuable feedback that we need in order for us to assure a high level of customer satisfaction.
For academic or market research, the platform is able to attribute quality in data capture, as well as in the structuring of dynamic questions and answers. making it the best smart form option on the market today. In addition to facilitating intelligent data analysis even on the free plan. Perfect.
The ease of use is my favorite part of the Jotform. You don't have to be an IT guru to use it, but the results of your creation will surely make people think you are.
Jotform keeps all my event request organized and accurate.
I would love for Jotform to offer an a la carte for some of the products like maybe we pay for more form views and submissions but not all the other stuff.
Flexibility in css.
More options in the name field, maybe I want the last name first or for it to be a full one entry box.
Fortunately, the more integrated we become with Cvent, the easier it's going to get. As we've grown as an organization, we've also been able to launch additional events much easier with Cvent. My CEO wasn't too pleased with the addition of Cvent at first, but I definitely stuck up for our decision and it has paid off since
Because this past week it made my life so much easier by allowing me to easily create and share forms to collect important information and allowing me to meet my deadline. It also made it possible to collate and analyze some data in an extremely efficient and very simple manner making it possible for me to make an informed decision.
Their support is truly awful and negligent [in my opinion]. It's rare for me to get so mad as to write a review about it but given what we do, I think it's necessary to document it. We work in mental health and having client data [transmitted] through the API correctly can be a matter of life and death for someone in crisis. We have had repeated issues with this in JotForm and reset the integration multiple times and yet it continues. [In my experience] tags don't transmit, complete contacts are absent, or parts of data [are] missing despite being mapped. [Again, per my experience] their support will initially respond and then you hear nothing. It's been a huge issue and we are leaving them as a result. [I feel] it's truly infuriating and negligent.
Had to opt for Jotform to open in a separate window for some of my phones as being intergrated into my own site caused restricted viewing problems on some devices like mobiles.
Compared to SurveyMonkey, Cvent is a far more robust tool. There are many more options for survey logic, the email platform is superior, and even the templates are more plentiful and professional. When comparing to Qualtrics (and keep in mind, I have only used Qualtrics a limited amount), I feel that Cvent is just a more intuitive and user-friendly survey tool. The user interface is extremely simple, yet has so much complexity behind it. Despite the complexity, nearly all of the features are labeled clearly and are as straightforward as possible
JotForm is superior compared to Google Forms in most aspects. However, the lack of collaboration in the free version makes it less attractive if managing several forms. But the form functionality and features makes up for this. JotForm is clean in layout, and provides a user experience like nonother. Highly recommended.
As we use CVENT as custom Case Management System, it allows us to have timely reporting and, thus, be able to provide more efficient customer support based on analysis of data and correction of any gaps that we may have.
We have generated over 130 leads last month. This is a 150% increase from the prior month's numbers.
We can give multiple staff members access to the forms. That's a plus in itself. It works well with virtual assistants also. This gives us [a] tremendous amount of flexibility which cuts down on nonrepetitive work.
We like that JotForm has a referral program. We will start to take full advantage of this program to develop more win-win relationships with not only clients but our vendors.
