ActivTrak does all the things a monitoring software should do well. It has been helpful in understand the productivity of teams and their software usage.

It is great to help track employee time and what they do, it can be also used for employee training and employee reviews. The only drawback is that if the employee goes to personal websites like banking or medical information / Doctor.

With a lot of employees working from home, it is nice to be able to look at ActivTrak and see what's being done. We don't look at it on a daily basis, but it is useful to look at it when something needs to be confirmed.

If the employee is sitting at their desk while working it works perfectly; if they are required to go hands-off for extended periods of time to perform tasks of their device then the value is diminished. This isn't a product issue.

Follow user's real time productivity using ActikTrak's ability to watch users' screen contents, means you can watch Real Time user Screen activity or set up the system to create snapshots that will help you to provide evidence of user screen contents (I did not find any other solution in the market that provides this kind of feature). The productivity and unproductivity tag that helps the admin to classify will demand some hours to set up each application and website and it would be helpful to get some pre-classified insights with AI.

Activtrak is well suits firms that deal with confidential information and employees are working from home. It helps to have conditional surveillance over our office tools, so unusual activities can be reduced.

ActivTrak is an excellent tool to drive greater productivity conversations and performance within roles that team output is easily reported on such as Sales, Support, and Professional Services organizations. This is a great way to keep remote or hybrid teams connected and be able to identify in advance potential burnout or change in behaviors that can start a proactive, strategic conversation to identify areas for potential disengagement in advance to have an opportunity to keep a key performer. This tool also helps employees see how they might be more productive within their working hours to drive great self awareness and their own self management.

ActivTrak is great if you want access to the raw data as it provides a level of flexibility to perform more analysis and generate your own reports.

I personally think that this tool is adequate for office environments particularly when you have some doubts. I find this tool to be very useful and helpful. Also, the product shows users the categories plus the amount of time they spend in each category just to derive an idea of how they spend time. Overall, I love and enjoy this product a lot and I would highly recommend businesses to give this a shot.

ActivTrak is great for tracking employee engagement, time on task, and alerting on unauthorized use of company assets. It can also help identify potential candidates for burnout. While it's relatively affordable, it's not ideal for small companies/deployments as the pricing requires a minimum of 5 seats.

I have been using this platform for a long time and it is helping me a lot to manage all the work analytics and managing team members. Powerful and intuitive UI with having all the features used to handle employers. I would definitely recommend this to other businesses to use this tool for effective management of employees.

We have teenagers that use our computers and ActivTrak allows us to observe how they are using the devices and spending their time. It is very helpful with this, and we are able to set alarms to take screenshots to ensure that usage is appropriate. I also like that I can see the categories and the amount of time spent in each category to get an idea of how the teens are spending their time.

ActivTrak is well suited for remote workers and for positions that require workers to be on their computers most of the workday. We use it for proactive corrections when employee's productivity drops. ActivTrak is not well suited for shared workstations if the users do not have individual accounts on the shared workstation.

As a manager, it’s a great tool to review and make sure employees are starting and stopping their day as per their work hours while working from home. Keeping an eye on websites that employees shouldn’t frequent. Keeping employees on track with their work.

ActivTrak works great where PII is involved. ActivTrak works great where a company wants to measure their employees productivity.

ActivTrak is also very useful in gaining insights into employee work patterns, application usage, and focus. ActivTrak may not be useful to accompany that does not want to dig to deep into employee activities.
