I am a presenter and I use GoToWebinar to deliver presentations on various topics. GTW has a LOT of features for presenting, not all of which are used. We use GTM in conjunction with Zoom, depending on what is needed or who the webinars are through. For attendees to use GTW, they only have to download a little bit of of software.

I use GoTo Webinar because it is very easy to use and it is #1 customer-recommended webinar platform to engage employees or other audience through virtual events. I like that joining a GoTo Webinar is always free and nobody needs an account to attend sessions. I have scheduled and completed multiple training and educations sessions through GoTo Webinar.

This product has been very useful for joining certain business webinars that I have been involved with in the past, as a participant. The interface was very user-friendly, and the sound connection features worked very well. This product served to make remote meetings easy and interactive.

From a user standpoint, I cannot think of any particular issues that I have run into while using Goto Webinar. It seems to be easy to navigate and works smoothly. The quality of the product is good and allows many users to be on it all at once without having to be on site or lagging/slowing down the webinar.

I think that it is a great tool/ platform for video conferences and face to face time between groups. It is pretty simple to use and does not require a downloaded version to use it similar to zoom. A downloaded version is also great and loads quicker in my opinion and already has my relivant information such as name. Overall, a great product for many scenarios.

We used GoTo Webinar to execute marketing webinars for clients, prospects and internal employees. It was our standard in-house tool for several years and every member of the marketing team had access to use this software on a weekly basis. This tool helped us quickly plan and develop webinars for end users.

I found GoTo Webinar easy to use and operate for webinars with less than ~350 attendees. Any more attendees than that and I ran into issues with recordings, and other occasional glitches. The UX doesn't allow for as much event invite customization as competitors. However, creating an event is extremely easy, making it simple to quickly put together an event invite.

We use GTW for less critical webinars within our organization. For higher-profile events, we use a more premium webinar platform that provides more flexibility and customization.
  • Simplicity of presenter interface.

  • Quick to set up an event.
  • Sharing a PowerPoint can be cumbersome. Presenters can't see the other attendees if they only have one monitor. There are workarounds, but it's not great.
  • Registration form options are limited.
  • Post-event emails are wonky. Very little ability to customize.
  • Getting an event started is confusing. Their "Practice", "Start", and "Start Broadcast" options are confusing.
It's good for situations when you don't need a lot of customization. It's also good for rookie presenters because most controls are fairly intuitive for presenters.

GoToWebinar is an intuitive, easy-to-use platform for hosting webinars on a large scale. I specifically like features such as polling to engage the live audience and gather feedback instantly. screen share option, recording, etc. The post-webinar analytics feature is great as well as it provides insights into audience engagement rate, attendance, etc. Overall, a great tool with superior video and audio functionality.

GoToWebinar is a great platform for large team meetings, hosting large-scale webinars, or even recording webinars and archiving them. The audio and video quality are great so you can record and publish it on the website. It is less appropriate for brainstorming sessions by different business verticals as it does not offer breakout rooms to network or brainstorm.

I use GoTo Webinar connect to do some virtual interviews when candidates aren't comfortable with coming in the office. The connection is always clear and video doesn't buffer!

GoTo Webinar is great for bringing our Management team together in the mornings for our daily Ops call. We are all able to hear and see each other clearly and app is pretty easy to use and train new users on. It's also a fabulous tool for interviewing candidates whom aren't comfortable coming into the office to interview. In these COVID times it has really been a life saver! Using while on the go didn't always work so great with the app, it tended to drop off in certain areas.

My team uses this app for hosting webinars with our customer businesses on several occassions such as quarterly updates ,annual general meeting. Its easy for creating and sending invites to a large set of people.

I personally also attend many wellness and fun sessions organized by partner companies for us. This has helped us easily attend such events and engage with our colleagues.

I use GoTo Webinar as a productivity tool to facilitate brainstorming sessions and discussions for business planning with bigger teams. The audio is crisp, and video streaming features are seamless. The interface is welcoming and encourages collaboration and healthy dialogue with remote teams. Attendance at meetings can be recorded, and used as auditable evidence to demonstrate communication with different levels of staff. In addition, GoTo Webinar allows for easy event management, particularly scheduling reminders and issuing notifications.
  • Payment is not flexible regarding use of various currency.
  • Compared to other video conferencing tools, the price point is a bit costly.
  • Payment is not flexible and available in US dollars only. This can be challenging as there are restrictions in procuring foreign currency due to unavailability or limited amount of US Dollars in my jurisdiction.
  • Whilst similar video conferencing tools provide the same experience and usability; I personally think it is a bit too costly.
GoTo Webinar is a brilliant and professional video conferencing tool. It easily helps support and encourages open discussion and collaboration with bigger groups. GoTo Webinar has a reliable event management feature that easily allows notifications and reminders to be issued. This keeps the organization of the event productive and well-attended.

We have client who is in educational verticals. Where they use on- demand webinars regular basis . They have Students who need to fill customize registration forms, so they get alert before the webinar. GoTo Webinar best suited their environment, because its facilitates hosting on-line events. The platform language options like French, English and other languages it can be access from any device.

GoTo Webinar is one of the very first tools for the online meetings I used for my work. It provides many advantages, such as for participants, you do not need to install it, you can use the web version.
I used to connect with my clients, share content and exchange ideas.

GoTo Webinar is suitable for all scenarios especially when the number of participants is high (more than 300). It has great video quality, it is quick and easy to install, set up, and configure.

One scenario where GoTo Webinar does not function as expected is when you deal with PowerPoint and you have one screen only. Also, I find it a bit annoying is when you have multiple screens, it becomes unstable for some reason.

Through the GoTo Webinar, We can able to Connect internally with our Production Support teams, and also we can connect with our Clients as well. Apart from other Video Conferencing tools like Cisco Webex, through GoTo Webinar, it can host participants up to 2000+ in reality, But Sometimes in our Organisation at the time of Covid, in order to address more people (Close to 2700) in one Session regarding Health Importance we have utilized this tool to Connect with the Participant Queries to address their the emotional well-being and other stuff. So through this tool, Communication can reach a Wider Audience.
  • Through GoTo Webinar, We can Present the Presentations to a Wider Audience, as informed Previously, as this Communication tool has a small amount of Licensing Capability at a Reasonable Price.
  • Also, in the Meetings, The Panelist can ask Questions and can Conduct an intuitive poll among the Participants.
  • Also never faced any Kind of Continuous Communication Glitches, But Sometimes on rare occasions, Noise Distortion happens, and that happens due to Network Fluctuations due to BandWidth Issues.
  • Also, some of the other Features of the GoTo Webinar are the Hosts/Panelists Can Mute their Audiences and also can make the audience raise their hands so that the Questions can be addressed.
  • Finally, at the end of any Meeting, I can Provide them with the Survey regarding the Meeting Stuff and end the Meeting as well.
  • Unlike Some Other Conferencing Tools, GoTo Webinar Tool doesn't have the Provision for Break-out Sessions.
  • Because if Multiple Sessions are happening in an Event, So it is up to the Participants to decide regarding the participation in their Following topics, So at the time, the Break-out Sessions are found to be helpful. But as said earlier, the GoTo webinar can able to house a Maximum Number of participants, But it should be One Specific Session, not the Brek-out Ones.
  • Another demerit of this tool is the inability of users to become the Hosts at Certain Points to Continue the Presentation, as Some Restrictions are in Place that only the Hosts can provide Permissions to the participants at some Points.
As informed earlier, if we are addressing a huge people of around 2500+ People in a Single Session, then this is the Ultimate tool to have Communication all-around and also Sometimes, due to some natural Calamities or sometimes, where our Physical Presence is not required, so at a time in order to pass the Information to a Wider Audience, GoTo Webinar is Quite Useful. Also, in Certain Situations, if our Client wants to join as a Participant and also can join the Meeting Virtually without any Physical Presence at some times to discuss the Technical Front and the Methodologies.

I've been using GoTo Webinar for 4+ Years. Firstly it was for when we were selling Online Courses (in a previous organization), and now the high ticket offers. GoTo Webinar helps in making organizing webinars simpler and helps us convert a larger audience at the same time.
  • GoTo Webinar integrates well with the tools like LeadPages, Zapier, etc., so you can have your own style of landing page for improving initial webinar opt-ins
  • Polls and Questions is my favorite feature in the tool, as it helps in building engagement with the audience
  • GoTo Webinar stores the session recordings on its server, which you can download whenever you want.
  • Their pricing plans, most of its competitors else provide a Free Tier in their plans
From my experience, GoTo Webinar is best suited for selling products anywhere from 97 USD to 5000 USD (based on your Webinar Experience), specifically for Information Technology Products and SaaS Products. I don't mean to say that it doesn't work for other industries. The main thing would be to create the right offer.

We use GoTo Webinar for remote team meetings with external participants - for these meetings we cannot use Teams because Teams displays personal information, including first name and last name, of the participants, GoTo Webinar has the advantage that it does not display the personal information, which is very stricly regulated in our region.

During covid time I attended most of the webinars on this software firstly I like its simple and easy to use interface which makes it user friendly and since everyone easily connect to webinar using browser or mobile there is no requirement to install app for it. It's waiting room is too much good gives a professional feeling and finally it's very prompt customer service make it too much better.

We use it to conduct virtual meetings and other business. It helps us solve the problem of connecting remote workers. This has become especially important since the Covid disruption shifted many of our employees to a virtual environment. We likely will continue to use it even in the post Covid world.

We use GoTo Webinar for meetings and presenting PowerPoint slides over an organised meeting. It has a great visual experience look-wise. It has a unique option to unmute and then gets joined to the discussion with audio. Look-wise it does not have the clumsy options that other Meeting tools have which is very good for a newbie or, say, a layman person.

Well suited for online meetings when presenting a ppt or some study material, as it gives great looks. It's less appropriate where recording needs to be done and stored on the cloud & immediately shared with the participants the recording link automatically. It's great when you need to present a seminar where participants can ask questions but at the same time, the highlighted details/document links which are shared in the meeting do not go behind the conversations... Separate area for chat and separate for highlighted contents.

The GoTo Webinar was basically used for conducting Online Placement related Webinars . Through this app we can easily attend and host live sessions . It was used for me to be able to do virtual instruction on how to use Canvas. It was during Covid when most everything was virtual. It was fairly simple to use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a virtual platform to use for meetings, conferences, and training.

I use the tool to organize webinars with our customers. Webinars are about presenting a product or solution, which is our offering. Tools enable us to hold the meeting in a structured way. Webinars are normally done with one person presenting and talking, and the other participants are in listening mode with the possibility to ask the question at the end of the webinar.

The tool is very well-designed to manage and organize webinars. Especially if the webinar is organized with a large number of attendees, then using the specialized tool is really a big improvement. Tool support many different options which are useful for this kind of meeting, like sending out invites, managing the attendees, and opening session for questions.

As the hub office for six other satellite markets, we have the need to communicate time-sensitive information to all of our account executives at least once per month. With the majority of our office locations, travel time is not a luxury. With GoTo Webinar, we are able to gather each of our directors and seven offices for real-time training since everyone is connected via one screen with zero lag time. Recently I started conducting training quizzes at the end of each monthly meeting- the response time is instant, and being so connected has added to the participation levels increasing and a more cohesive executive management culture.

Our central location, where we generally host our webinars, does not have super fast internet speed. Even with several users on the platform at once, there is rarely a time that we have experienced losing connection with one of our satellite locations on the webinar. We have begun to have more of our account reps join the webinars on their cell phones, and the connection is just as stable and problem free as we have on our desktops in our main market locations.
