I have found Linode support to be quicker and more responsive than they promise they will be. Prompt answers to questions, even when the problems have been flat out user error. Never has a support agent made me feel dumb or uninformed.

Linode has always responded promptly and completely to any needs that we have had.

If the answer to our question is not immediately obvious to the Technical Support person helping us, the correct, complete answer is quickly found.

We have never had a need to complain about the service given by Linode's Technical Support staff.

Linode support team is great for it is very supportive and responsive thus living according to their mantra of 24/7/365.The team has the knowledge to fix all types of server-related issues. There is a time our engineers had some challenges and the support team came in through for us. The team always gives prior communication during maintainance on the Linode side.

Support from Linode has always been excellent for us. We've barely had to wait any time between ticket requests and replies, and we've always received replies that actually answered our problems. Whenever maintenance has occurred on Linode's side, they've always alerted us beforehand and left a ticket open as a source of communication in case we had any issues after maintenance or any other questions that we needed answered.

Linode has extensive documentation and self-support a lot but getting answers to most technical questions had a lot of round trips between customer support and the tech teams. A lot of things had to be figured out on our own by doing a few analyses and self-experiments, such as KVM support on the cloud.

In the one instance I had to request a support (specifically to open SMTP ports in order for our Ghost deployment to send transactional emails as password resets and account creation), they responded in less than one hour with the request being granted, as well as additional tips on how to ensure the SMTP services would work. I am very pleased by how straightforward and unbureaucratic their handling of my request was. One ticket, one message, granted.

Linode provides prompt support and the technicians are able to answer complex questions regarding Linux configurations, infrastructure details and give shell commands in order to help you out where the problem really is. In some cases, when the situation demands faster action from their side, they help and work as real partners.

It checks our performance and gives us tips on how to improve on less performed areas to improve productivity and service delivery. The support team of Linode is very reliable and always online. They offer both physical and technological virtual support when reached during problems. There is a responsive technical team that attends us when our applications are experiencing mechanical breakdowns. The customer support is very reliable and we can easily access their services. When we hit endpoint they usually offer a reliable solution to ensure that our programs keep running effectively. We can call them at any time and they are always online I have never missed them when I need their help.
