Linode’s technical support has always been responsive, friendly, and succinct. Oh—and helpful!

I have found Linode support to be quicker and more responsive than they promise they will be. Prompt answers to questions, even when the problems have been flat out user error. Never has a support agent made me feel dumb or uninformed.

After creating a ticket, we received a response immediately, and every response was exactly what we needed to fix our difficulties. Also the staff are able to resolve system issues.

Even though I spent a minimum amount on my first trials in Linode, (just a couple of bucks ...) support was instant and precise! Highly recommended, along with the simplicity of the documentation.

Support from Linode has always been excellent for us. We've barely had to wait any time between ticket requests and replies, and we've always received replies that actually answered our problems. Whenever maintenance has occurred on Linode's side, they've always alerted us beforehand and left a ticket open as a source of communication in case we had any issues after maintenance or any other questions that we needed answered.

Linode has extensive documentation and self-support a lot but getting answers to most technical questions had a lot of round trips between customer support and the tech teams. A lot of things had to be figured out on our own by doing a few analyses and self-experiments, such as KVM support on the cloud.

In the one instance I had to request a support (specifically to open SMTP ports in order for our Ghost deployment to send transactional emails as password resets and account creation), they responded in less than one hour with the request being granted, as well as additional tips on how to ensure the SMTP services would work. I am very pleased by how straightforward and unbureaucratic their handling of my request was. One ticket, one message, granted.

Linode's techs are both friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help. That's a rare combination these days.

Linode provides prompt support and the technicians are able to answer complex questions regarding Linux configurations, infrastructure details and give shell commands in order to help you out where the problem really is. In some cases, when the situation demands faster action from their side, they help and work as real partners.
