The Sales Performance Management or Commissions tool was implemented at my organization few years back and I led the system or technology side of it. We use it to enhance our seller experience, audit related requests and pay incentives to sales reps. The tool has given better experience to our operations groups, sellers and technology teams. We do efficient reporting for our business use cases using the tool. We continue to enhance the use cases in future.

SAP CRM has been used across most of the organisation departments - from the sales and technical teams through finance and administration team to the management and maintenance team. We used it for the housekeeping of the client contacts, marking which products were pitched / sold to the client and with what result.
- Many features available
- Multiple options to customize the product for organisation needs
Cons
- The interface itself is not the most modern and pretty
- It feels like it is a very heavy tool
