Some users also recommend training team members beforehand for a smoother transition.

We manage physical construction projects with the software.
It is helpful in some aspects but very limited in others.
We use the software for time tracking, Planning, Gantt charts and assets management.
The cost tracking is hard since You cannot really add any file (scan or the invoice to be attached), so You have to do it elsewhere.
  • It's a good tool to share the project plan with the clients
  • Terrible Gantt chart in the browser - bugs all the time, in my opinion.
  • no option to add the invoices (as a document) in costs, in my opinion
  • the tasks view is so complicated that we had to use Trello to easy view the tasks
  • complicated menu - hard to find anything, in my opinion
  • it's very counterintuitive as a tool, in my opinion
I wouldn't recommend it since they are changing the payment plans and raising the prices in the middle of the period that You have already paid for... If I had a budget for PM tool accepted and paid a yearly fee - how can it be raised in the middle of this period... for me, it's highly unfair... Besides, it's a hard-to-navigate tool with everything so complicated, in my opinion. I believe there are much simpler tools out there which do a better job and are more honest when comes to billing.

We are using Teamwork Projects to manage all the projects of our company (internal and for customers). It is used to manage and schedule activities, deadlines, responsible users, hours and costs. It is really helpful to quickly set and adjust timelines and to create an automated flow of notifications that is saving a lot of time and making the process much more consistent. Teamwork improved entirely our vision about the projects and the capacity to manage daily the workload of our team.
  • Timelines: are generated automatically since you have created the project, its activities, deadlines, etc. Is really helpful and easy to adjust.
  • Notifications system: very flexible and complete. It is possible to set key activities and follow them to receive automated notifications about their changes. It is also very flexible to set permissions per project.
  • Easy-to-use: it simply fits perfectly for us. Very easy-to-use and flexible. It can be used by small or big companies. It is intuitive and complete at the same time.
  • We miss the feature to set a calendar of business days and holidays to make it easier the definition of timelines.
  • The feature to define dates/deadlines per activity is a bit confusing. We believe it could be improved altough it has a low impact in terms of productivity.
  • We believe the solution could improve in the future the functionality to manage the workload of each human resource (for planning). It is actually a bit superficial and we understand there is space for improvement in this area.
I believe Teamwork Projects is very well suited for any size or kind of project. Even if a company has hundreds of active projects at the same time (as we do) it is really easy to manage since it is possible to organize them by account, department, team, etc. So, I really do not see any limitating scenario to use the platform.

Using Teamwork Projects has significantly increased flexibility and efficiency in our workplace. With the time-saving tools that Teamwork Projects offered, we were able to achieve a greater level of efficiency and our team was able to meet the deadlines of delivering projects. Our team has the freedom to work from any location which increased productivity. Teams in our company can work smarter and focus on the value they are bringing to work.
  • Teamwork Projects is intuitive and flexible tool to use in any kind of organization.
  • It is easy to make adjustments in our timelines.
  • Locating information is also fast.
  • The easy to use dashboard is important for viewing the progress of projects and individuals.
  • The pricing can be adjusted to suit small organizations.
It is well suited for teams in organizations to communicate efficiently on daily activities to get work done quickly. It helps teams to be more focused on work and to be able to adjust and be agile to the changes that happen to businesses on a daily basis. Finding data is easy and time is not wasted. Teams are more aligned with projects and deadlines are met as required.

We create projects, templates, tasks for employees to assign their time to, make use of the ghant chart for tracking project progress to make sure we are hitting our due dates, notebooks for managing items between team mates, messages for keeping track of file locations on dropbox, invoicing for projects that have had a submission and we use it to manage project tasks and have our employees track their time.
  • Project templates are a huge asset so we don't have to recreate projects from scratch
  • Calendar is great for keeping track of company holidays, employees that are off, and project due dates
  • The ability for employees to track their time via clocking in and out for the day and tracking time for specific tasks for invoicing purposes is great
  • Have had problems copying task template from one of our template projects
  • When I open smaller windows, like for selecting who will be notified for a message, the bottom half of the window is usually below the screen cut off, so I have to move it up manually each time to get to the "update" button
Teamwork Projects is perfect for projects with multiple different tasks involved for multiple employees.

Teamwork Projects is the one and only project management software that is used at the company. We switched all of our project management from various other applications including Basecamp. All departments are welcome to use it, but it has taken hold the best in the creative, marketing and IT departments. With Teamwork Projects we are able to track hundreds of simultaneous projects in many different ways. It allows each user to customize how they project manage best and with this flexibility it doesn't add a ton of complexity.
  • Task Management - You can manage tasks in many ways. Standard list of tasks, gantt, and kanban to name a few.
  • Charting and reporting - Being able to see all of your projects in a parallel view to properly schedule staff labor and not create bottlenecks.
  • Include outside companies - you can invite outside users like vendors or contractors at no additional cost.
  • The pricing plans have changed quite a bit in the last two years and they have become considerably more expensive.
  • The calendar view could be improved so that someone who is entirely calendar oriented could have more functionality in the system.
  • Kanban automations could be improved a little bit to give more functionality.
I have used quite a few project management systems in the past and most of them are complete garbage. Microsoft Project is incredibly complex to use, its very expensive and the UI is not clean or clear for those that don't use it everyday. Basecamp is a glorified task list where you cant expand it to meet your company's needs. The pros with Teamwork make it a no brainer for recommending to everyone I know that needs to do any level of project management. It can be used by a solo-preneur all the way up to a fortune 500 company.

My depart is utilizing Teamwork for completing audits and some training modules both of which are based off of a new software platform that has been put into production. It allows management to track the progress of completion of our individual audits and training which are divided into specific tasks.
  • Intuitive dashboards.
  • Very easy to learn.
  • Easy to modify and make updates.
  • More customizable labeling of fields.
  • Better group chat or messaging feature like Discord.
  • Easier to share team files.
It works well for tracking specific repetitive tasks that need to be completed routinely such as audits or training review materials. The interface is very easy to learn so it requires minimal time spent learning for non-technical users. Its been fast and reliable for our organization's usage - we haven't had any system outage issues with it yet.

Our web design/development department uses Teamwork Projects to manage our projects where we build new websites, primarily WordPress sites, for clients. It allows us to collaborate externally with clients (gathering assets, collecting feedback, grouping conversations into one place) and internally with all members of the team (tasks, communication, milestones, and assets). It makes all the communication easier since it's centralized in one location, and the tool itself is very easy to use.
  • It's easy to upload and view documents, especially when you need to refer back to them later.
  • It's GREAT to have the chat threads right in the project. I can't tell you how many times I've gone back and searched for a specific client response, and it's way easier than email since the whole team can see it, even if they weren't included in the thread originally (no digging through emails and forwarding them to people who weren't originally included)!
  • It's really easy to get in there and get started. While we're very familiar with it, each client we introduce to it is new to it, so it's important that they can get started right away and not get tripped up by the tool itself. Teamwork really streamlines the onboarding process--you can literally get started using the tool right away.
  • I never use the dashboard view, which isn't necessarily a con, and I don't have specific recommendations, but perhaps there's a way to make that more useful.
  • Sometimes it gets a little confusing about where a comment is. Did the person comment on a file that was uploaded? A thread? Somewhere else? Even then, though, you can usually search to find it, so that's not a real complaint.
It is great for internal communications, but it is especially useful for projects with external clients, particularly if there is a lot of communication, file sharing, and feedback. Sometimes it's just too much for email to handle! Teamwork makes it easy for people to jump in and get the info they need when they need it without being inundated with loads of emails they don't need.

Hello! Teamwork is used for project management for our company. We manufacture art books that have a very complicated process -- teamwork is able to help with that. It's right now used for our product development team, and gives us a roadmap of the steps needed to complete each process of making a book.
  • It's allowed us to see each project zoomed out as well as zoomed in.
  • We've been able to see the different layers that go into each project.
  • I wish I could upload and connect other documents that are part of the project on this platform.
  • The Gantt chart is the most helpful tool for us, not the rest.
For someone who is looking for a beautiful platform for project management where you rely on deadlines and timelines, this is great! However, it's still very limited, and we need to use other tools to make the most out of this. I wish there were more features in Teamwork. The best tool that we use is the Gantt chart, but nothing else.

We are a services company, which work via projects and professional support services. For us, Teamwork has been essential to keep track of our numerous project initiatives, always promptly notifying us of approaching milestones and deadlines, slow tasks, worked consultant hours and billing to postpaid contracted clients. We also share Teamwork access with VIP customers, allowing them to engage more directly with their ongoing projects with our team in an Agile fashion.
  • Entirely cloud-based, always available on any browser-equipped device
  • Time tracking per project and task
  • Multiple views for project tasks, including list, Gantt Chart and Kanban Board.
  • A more robust integration platform with third-party products
  • A more robust mobile native application
  • Better guides and how-tos, even full-fledged courses.
Teamwork is very flexible and handy for basic and medium project management tasks and administration, even covering basic invoicing for postpaid projects or outsourcing engagements. There's a trial for it too, so go for it, test it with your day-to-day tasks, and have your conclusions. If you're manually carrying your PM duties today, you will definitely like Teamwork Projects.

Teamwork is used by our customer success team to track the progress through our launch workflow with our customers. It was implemented to try to standardize our onboarding process as well as to make tracking the progress of our partners through that process more automated. As a manager, I need to be able to create dashboards where I can check on customer health and the idea with Teamwork is that we can pull that data from there. As well, long-term we wish to move from Trello to Teamwork for shared customer projects.
  • Capturing details.
  • Ensuring process is followed.
  • Time consuming to set-up.
  • Confusing interface.
Teamwork is in the right place as a concept but the execution in my mind is flawed. I would categorize it as more confusing to set up than HubSpot or Salesforce, and those are full CRM tools. As well, it's not straightforward on all of the features, etc. Walkthroughs were lacking. Without someone of experience to help set it up, it would have been a non-starter.

As a mid-sized web development and marketing firm, we have various types of projects with different needs. While our web design projects are very process driven and need specific tasks for each phase of the project, our marketing projects last longer and tend to have ongoing goals and objectives—Teamwork accounts for both needs.

We use this platform to not only manage our own tasks and responsibilities, but to assign roles to clients we're working with in order to keep deliverables on track and communicate project updates.
  • Being able to attach milestones to tasks is a huge plus. It's helpful to have all of the individual tasks and subtasks, but to have overall project milestones to look at as a project roadmap.
  • Having subtasks is great! We've used several other platforms before Teamwork and none of them allowed for subtasks or the ability to assign a single task to multiple people.
  • Sending client updates is very easy as the messaging feature works just like email. It's nice because the client's don't have to jump out of their daily routine to learn a whole new project management platform—they can simply respond right from their email, so it's very friendly.
  • While the tagging functionality is nice, it can get a little messy. Part of this might be dependent on the internal processes put in place, but having the ability to add any kind of tag you want can create confusion.
  • The Kanban view can be confusing if projects or tasks haven't been marked as "in progress" and it can look like you don't have any tasks, when really, there's a large task list in the list view that just hasn't been categorized. Overall, it's easy to miss important tasks in the Kanban view.
  • It's very easy to miss tasks if someone doesn't know to check the "Email" box.
Teamwork is great for internal project communication. You can comment on tasks, documents, or messages and loop in other users to the conversation. It's also a great way to communicate with clients. Overall project management and goals can easily be managed within the platform.

Using this as your own personal task list isn't always easy because if you're working in a specific project, you have to drill down quite a bit to see your own personal tasks within a particular project / task list. It's also easy to miss tasks if someone didn't email them to you or properly assign them.

It's used across our organization to manage projects, tasks and notes on each project.
  • Task management
  • Project organization
  • Central place to store notes/information
  • We've not successfully used the milestones/calendar/project management features. It's not great for project planning or getting a sense for timelines and keeping track of all the moving parts.
  • It would be nice to have a better section for project overview information
Well suited for task management and as a record of time per task/project.
Not well suited for other facets of actual project management.

We use Teamwork Projects to manage our workflow of media creation. We support over 450 online courses and over 150 conference and workshops with their media and marketing materials. Teamwork allows us to keep up with the demand and is an efficient way to document progress and completion.
  • Teamwork templates are a wonderful feature to allow you to set up a process and then repeat as often as needed in future projects.
  • The ability to be flexible using standard tasks lists of board views (like Kanban boards) is extremely helpful for my team.
  • Using the option to estimate time to completion is also helpful to manage costs.
  • While there is some reporting available, they are working on improving in this area.
  • Capacity management tools are also something that needs some work and they are actively developing in this area as well.
If people have a process that they often follow, setting up these workflows in Teamwork Projects is easy and repeatable. The ability to set up dependencies and to be notified via email when you are able to work on a dependent task is extremely helpful.

We use Teamwork.com for our marketing department. There are many marketing divisions using the tool in different ways to meet their needs. Our organizational use of the platform grew organically from one team in corporate to a handful and eventually all marketing functions. It serves as the system of record for project-related work. We also manage maintenance or "run" tasks for things like our website, social media teams, creative services and more.
  • governance and user access control for partners like vendors and contractors
  • flexible views using task lists, gant charts and kanban boards
  • integration with file management systems of record (Box, Drive, Sharepoint, OneDrive)
  • project portfolios for roll-ups of multiple projects
  • real-time synchronization between devices (phone to desktop to laptop)
  • integrations via Zapier
  • integration with Microsoft Teams
  • Gantt chart view is a little tricky to work with
  • customer success managers could be a bit more proactive
Teamwork Projects has been great for social media management and creating templated task lists of repeatable tasks. The threaded conversations on any task, file or message are a convenient way to communicate with context and reduce our reliance on email. We use the Everything board with custom filters for our daily standup and it provides all the information for us to establish expectations and to hold our teams accountable.

We use it to collaborate across the whole organization, but most heavily in the marketing department. It replaces email and Slack for projects/tasks, so we have a way to send and track our requests. The calendar view also gives visibility into our comms, blog, and email schedules, which is great for leadership.
  • It's very customizable
  • There's great user access and privilege admin
  • It's not very intuitive for new users
  • There's not a great simple view to see where a specific project/ task is along the journey (for exec visibility)
Very well suited for organizations with freelancers, and who track time/ projects across collaborators. It's less useful for teams who work together closely.

Teamwork Projects is used as our primary project and client management tool. We have a portal for each of our clients and manage all day-to-day tasks, file management, messages, links, and everything else related to the client's campaigns through it. It's helped our team and our clients stay more organized and efficient.
  • Task management.
  • Organization.
  • File storage.
  • Would love a true content calendar (similar to Airtable).
We are a marketing agency and we use Teamwork Projects for all of our clients as well as our internal marketing. It's great for managing client campaigns including tasks, messages, files, links, milestones, etc. It is the first project management tool that we've found that actually does basically everything that we need.

We reviewed several project management tools prior to committing to Teamwork. We often describe it as "Basecamp on steroids." Very impressed and easy to use.
  • Great file management -- integrates with Google Drive.
  • Great calendar management.
  • Perfect task and calendar reliances. When you update one date or task, the others change in relation.
  • Looking forward to understanding more about the CRM.
  • I have not used the integrations from my proposal software, but that might be one area that we can improve.
  • Would like to see a way to turn off some features that we don't use.
Teamwork is very well suited for a remote team and managing a creative department. Not sure where it may not work as well.

It is used in my whole organization. It is mostly used for time logs, to set a calendar for meeting schedules, status and project management. It is the best tool for managing project work. We use it to log how much time we spend on certain projects. It also helps us to see when we have a meeting and what we did in a given time. We can go to our profile and check the details of our time log from there too and edit our time log from there.
  • Ability to see time log from our profile.
  • Project management logs and dashboards.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Too many advertisements.
  • Loading times are too long sometimes.
  • It takes a while to learn how to use the software.
The most important thing is the status of the project and how much time the team spent on which task. We generally check on the progress of our project through it and according to that we can assign the work to a team member accordingly and schedule meetings on it. It's also helpful to our client to show what we do and how much time our team spends on things.

Our entire agency uses Teamwork Projects to build out client and internal campaigns in a way that provides visibility and organization of all assigned tasks to any one person. For every client campaign that we run, we have a separate Teamwork Project built out and utilize Task List templates to standardize our process for building out and executing various scopes of work. This allows us to work on more things with accurate information and track them to completion - both on time and on spec.
  • Powerful toolset with options for just about anything that a professional project manager would need. Having a PM tool with multiple features that allow you to go as deep or shallow as needed based on your PM maturity is incredibly helping for a growing company.
  • Great filtering capabilities that allow you to find anything in the tool relatively quickly. No matter if you need to find a specific task or want to see what all is assigned to a single person, the universal filtering tool in Teamwork helps you see exactly what you want to see.
  • Great customization opportunities. Whether its the tagging system or the board view, you have the opportunity to customize Teamwork in many different ways that help you get the most out of the tool for your use case.
  • It can get overwhelming and cluttered in the tool with all of the different options. If you aren't trained in project management or familiar with PM tools then you are likely to not use it right the first time.
  • A greater focus on user training for the "right way" to approach Teamwork Projects buildout might be helpful for beginners. While I know they have a resources center, they don't really make a point of telling people to go through some of those as they're just starting with the tool.
It's well suited for teams with multiple projects moving at once, who have a dedicated project manager to keep everything clean. It's not great for first time project managers or teams just looking to keep track of tasks.

Teamwork Projects is being used in our organization as a project management platform. It is used by our sales department to follow up on initiatives and SOPs editing/creation. It is also used by our support team for internal cases management and also to make follow up on contracts/projects with our external customers. It encourages collaboration among the teams and related staff in order to accomplish goals and get jobs done.
  • Notifications
  • Case management
  • Access management
  • Role assignment
  • Tasks involvement
  • Collaboration in teams
  • Does time tracking but cannot be used as productivity indicator
  • Resource management is not as robust as other solutions
  • Needs to be integrated with 3rd party software for document handling and calendars
  • Notifications in some tasks can get deactivated for no reason, making zombie or abandoned tasks.
Teamwork Projects is specially designed for startup companies and tech companies with few employees, for tasks and project management. It's best suited for companies where resource management or allocations are not needed, nor intended to be as robust as medium and bigger companies. Personally, I think for bigger companies there are better or more robust solutions for project management across multiple teams or departments. where there are more details, personnel, and resources to consider to get things done

Teamwork is a fast application accessed via an internet browser. Teamwork offers 3 separate programs: Projects, Chat, and Desk. As a small business owner, I solely use Projects.

Teamwork Projects allows for project managing multiple projects with different clients, as well as tracking time, sending invoices, creating a company look and feel to the interface, task lists, production scheduling, and more.
  • Projects allow you to create insanely detailed task lists and production schedules. One can assign projects to different users, set due dates (which update in your calendar), and set up simple scripts for task accomplishments based on previously completed tasks. There is a lot of variety to the ways you can set up task lists, so much that I continue to find new and better ways to use the system. You can also create templates to easily copy similar tasks to new projects.
  • Projects allow for client customization and project lists. It's very simple for me to create a new client and assign projects to them. If you are working on multiple projects for a client, the UI makes it easy to copy projects (to carry client details over). Clients are also listed under the project pane and it's so simple to jump from project to project.
  • Projects have a built-in task time tracker. This is great. Other applications either have unintuitive time trackers or nothing at all, meaning you'll need a third party application to track time. Project and business management are always done best if you can contain more of your work into a single software. That's the reality. You can clock time for projects specific to a task on the task list, and later do an in-depth analysis to see which projects or tasks are sucking up your time.
  • Teamwork has great customer service and troubleshooting. I've had a few issues, even initially with selecting a project management software, and getting onto chat with the team has been super fast and easy.
  • Teamwork's invoicing application within Projects isn't very good. It's convoluted and needs an overhaul. It's actually so bad and hard to use that I looked up bookkeeping software to use instead.
  • This isn't necessarily a negative point to Projects, but there are so many options for customization and specificity within Projects that it will take a lot of time to look into every process. I love Projects, but if you really want to know it, you're going to have to take a lot of time to watch webcasts and mess around with the software.
  • The production schedule and due date features of Projects are a bit confusing. It's nice to be able to place tasks and deadlines into a calendar, but ultimately it's hard to parse and ensure the accuracy of things. Perhaps with a single person, the ONLY project managing this wouldn't be so bad to ensure accuracy, but running a small business doesn't allow for having the time to work in Teamwork all day.
Projects likely shine with a smaller team of 5-15 people but work just as well solo. I use it daily to track projects and be reminded of which things I need to accomplish with different clients.

I can't imagine the software is going to work super well if you have a team of more than 20 people. I imagine at some point you'll need to split things into departments to use Teamwork, but as far as I can tell, it works great with smaller teams.

We're using Teamwork Desk for customer support. Our customers can email their issues, submit a ticket through our platform, or use popup form. Desk allows us to provide assistance to our customers when they need it. One of the reasons we chose Desk is the integration with Teamwork Projects. So we can turn tickets into tasks to be completed. That allows us to track work associated with tickets, and be able to deliver flawless service.
  • Smart Inboxes allow us to filter tickets into specific themes/categories that we can use for prioritization
  • Teamwork Desk integrates with Teamwork Projects to turn tickets into tasks
  • The text editor is pretty easy to use to write replies, insert (paste) images, etc.
  • Feedback email sent to customers works well, customers leave ratings
  • Some great ways to automate certain stuff
  • API and webhooks are very flexible and detailed
  • Desk allows part-time agents which they don't charge for, so you can bring someone in to help on select tickets
  • Help docs can be cumbersome to manage, especially write articles
  • The mobile app is good, but there's A LOT of room for improvement (I believe they are working on new app)
  • Pricing can be a bit steep the more users you get for higher end plan
  • Needs to provide a good way to integrate third-party data inside tickets... For example, show customer's orders while viewing ticket
  • Needs a better popup form, current "Access" widget is not very good
Overall Teamwork Desk is a great product, reliable and flexible. It's well suited for most businesses, but higher end plans can be expensive the more users you get. So might not be ideal for small businesses. But, if you're using Teamwork Projects and need a help desk than Teamwork Desk should be your choice. The integration works well, and they are constantly improving it. We use all 3 products... Projects, Desk, and Chat. I highly recommend all 3.

Teamwork Projects is the sole and standard platform used throughout the organization for the management of our whole projects portfolio. This covers all project types, including IT, business development, operations management, meetings and planning. We were looking for a solution that would centrally hold all of our programmes and initiatives and yet still be cost effective and easy to use.
  • Ubiquitous Access: Teamwork Projects runs on every platform including web browsers, tablets and smartphones. For the mobile editions, Teamwork Projects also has native apps for Android and iOS which means my user community has ubiquitous access to the product no matter where they are.
  • Usability: The design of the user interface is clean, crisp and incredibly easy to use. My user community has generally got to grips with the product with no formal training. The product is intuitive and very user-friendly.
  • Feature-Rich: We have replaced a plethora of project management tools used by the business with a single product in Teamwork Projects, including Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Trello, Asana, LeanKit and JIRA. We have only been able to do this because of the breadth of functionality within Teamwork
  • Updates: The product is being enhanced constantly; we see new features every month
  • Support: Online and human support is always effective and highly responsive
  • More work needed on the Boards feature - the current feature is good but not on par with a full-blown kanban type tool
  • Reporting - to be fair, reporting is more than sufficient for our day-to-day needs and Teamwork are gradually releasing more functionality in this area
  • Dashboards - currently these are fixed. Whilst it's not a showstopper for us as we create reports to address it but it would be nice to see some investment here
  • Consolidated views - Other than via the reports you can't visualise information in a consolidated fashion - such as overall portfolio Gantt charts
Well suited for:
  • All types of project management
  • Timesheets and billing
  • Project task scheduling, tracking and reporting
  • Project collateral management
  • Project governance (RAID log, etc)
Not suited for:
  • Complex agile projects (requiring kanban/sprints/releases)
  • Complex projects with 1000s of lines

We used Teamwork both as a chat client and as a way to timetable our projects and map out projects on a yearly or monthly level. We were also able to store assets from meets, notes, Client Logos and other assets needed for keeping track of tasks and random information we received from emails.
  • The Teamwork Chat Client was basic but good.
  • The timetable and ability to view projects timelines in a month view was great for setting milestones and being able to predict if we could meet deadlines.
  • The task management tool was very robust and detailed when compared to Asana.
  • It takes a little while to figure out like every program does.
  • I wish that it would integrate better with Google drive.
  • If you're not responsible for a task it won't show up on the calendar (i.e. if you're only "following" that task).
We're streamlining our traffic process between account services and creative. It allows us to utilize our time to the best of our ability without overloading our staff.

It is being used across the whole organization. It is addressing active communication across different working groups, allows individuals to be accountable for tasks, makes goals achievable by highlighting stepping stones and makes information easily viewable and not viewable for the appropriate personnel.

It is a platform where resources are also stored such as meeting minutes, draft projects and centralized contact details for all involved in the certain projects.

  • Task management, allowing due dates, sub tasks and categorization.
  • Storing meeting notes and editable notes that multiple people can work on together.
  • Allowing group threads to be easily stored, read and categorized.
  • The process of moving between tabs can be clunky at times.
  • Notes cannot be edited at the same time as another person causing duplicate copies.
  • The process of deleting uploaded resources can be time consuming as it needs to be done one at a time.

Well Suited

- Where projects require large scale coordination with minimal AO input.

- Where projects require information to be sensitive to certain members and not to others, allowing information to be accessed on a need to know basis.

- Where members are internationally collaborating and meeting in person or in real time is not possible.

Less Suited

- Small general teams that work together in the same office every day. They may be more suited for an in house solution.

- Where high security is a concern for information regarding project management, an in house local system may required.
